Both the service and product are outstanding. I was amazed at how awesome my cream colored sofa looked after it was cleaned! The technician was really great—communicated his arrival, had a pleasant work attitude despite having a long day, didn’t rush.

Paid over $400 to clean 3 rugs. Came back looking as dirty as when I took them to the shop.

OUTSTANDING cleaning performance: most perfect carpet clean I've ever had! The (off-white) carpet in one of my rooms was severely covered with so many stains and spots, that it appeared to me I'd probably have to have it replaced with new carpeting installed; in fact, I had a carpet company come look at it and they said my carpet was, "ruined and irrepairable": after ZEROREZ cleaned it, the carpet looked and felt brand new...not a spot on it anymore, and the off-white looks as new as when I bought this house!
ZEROREZ' Technician, Rich Denning, is the most gracious, delightful, professional, hard-working, honest, and conscientious person I have had the privilege of meeting and having done a job for me: his incredibly positive attitude, pleasant personality, and determination to achieve success for me, is a rarity in any arena amongst the workforce.
The word "integrity" comes to mind, for both Zerorez and their Technicians.

The service was great. The technician did a wonderful job with the stains on the carpet. The company sent notices about time, etc. they were very efficient.
Staff is very easy to work with, I had to adjust my time and they made it work without a delay or new time assignment.
The staff was outstanding onsite. Setup, cleaned, teardown without a hitch. Was very nice to work with.
Timely, technician friendly and efficient. Old Carpet came very clean and dried quickly.

My carpet came out soft and beautiful! The tech was on time, very thorough in his explanations of products and services offered but was never pushy! The price was amazing and most importantly, my dogs love the smell and texture of the dry carpet!!!

I appreciated the call beforehand and the technician arrive on time and workout quickly to accommodate my schedule. He also noticed my large messy dog and let me know about services I might appreciate specifically for the pet messes.
we had living room bedroom and hallway cleaned. He let us know that the hallway needed extra solution or the stains would come back. So we understand that the stains there are coming back since we opted not to pay the extra $200.
But in the living room and bedroom he was confident that it would be "no problem" to get the traffic stains out. We noticed discoloration still left in carpet in the high traffic areas but by the time we inspected the job he had already put all his equipment away and we had paid. Now after the few weeks, those high traffic areas are very noticeably still dirty. Wouldn't it make since that he should have noticed this himself and recommend added solution for the stains that didn't come out completely? Or given it another once over?
I guess that's what happens when we wait 5 years to have carpets cleaned?
On a last note. We were scheduled for between noon and 4pm that day. After we called to find out where he was since we hadn't heard from him, and he said it wouldn't be till 7pm, then around that time he had to reschedule for the next day. In which he did show up on time. That is sure a pain when you have moved all your furniture and can't get to your dresser even for a change of clothes.
I gave you a 3 instead of zero because your technician kept us informed during delay, was very courteous and professional while he was here. If i have a friend with relatively clean carpets I might recommend.
First of all, I loved Rich. He was professional, knowledgeable and a really nice young man.
My carpet looks great. All this is done without adding more soap to the carpet!! I feel like it was the best professional cleaning I have received in my home.
Fast Friendly looks and smells clean.
Technician was very rushed and seemed behind schedule. He came at the end of the 4-hour window (around 4 PM) and said he had 2 more calls that day. It was inconvenient for us to have to wait until the end of the day for the cleaning. We paid for 3 rooms to be cleaned, and he said he might not be able to do our stairwell, which was considered a room. That didn't seem right based on what we had paid for. When we returned home the next day, carpet seemed clean in the 2 rooms. However, I could not tell if the stairwell had been cleaned. In the future, we would want to ensure all areas are cleaned.
