I love the technician Rich, he definitely deserves a promotion. He looked at the job the previous tech did and knew that he didn't use enough of the cleaning supply, so he gave us some free products! He also gave us his business card so that we know who to ask for to get the job done right.

Rich was such a great person and he was efficient and hard-working. The only reason I didn't give a higher score is now that we're almost ready to put the furniture back, I see that some of the 'stains' are reappearing. I'm not blaming your company. I realize that we hadn't had the carpets cleaned often and they are also about 20 years old so I can't expect much more. I just didn't realize that how it looks wet would not necessarily be how it looks when it's dry. Now I know! I do know that it's clean though!
Prompt friendly service and best of all their particular methods of cleaning carpet proved far superior to Atiyeh Bros. who we have used for years.
Old coffee stains in light colored wool carpet are gone, the only 2 stains left are from spilled medications. Dominic said they would have required a cleaning that left the wool fibers damaged and that would have simply made a different kind of scar. And even those are much lighter than before, even after several cleanings by a few competitors.
The deepest cleaning they can do is on synthetic blends, pure wool being the most delicate fiber that won't stand up well to the strongest cleaning. I am very surprised at how well this cleaning turned out and very grateful to them. Was surprised to learn they also clean tile and refinish hardwood. Highly recommended!

The process you use is great for my carpet and does a great job. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly- Dominic has cleaned our carpet about three times now and he is just excellent!
The service tech called in advance of our appointment, was on time, completed a thorough walk-through of the rooms and made recommendations for us to get the best clean for our needs. He was professional, competent, and communicated with us very effectively. Richard did a great job for us.
Stains are not any better after 2nd cleaning which were spread out over the carpet.
Need to get it out or replace the carpet.

We like your service people, always courteous and polite, very efficient. We also like how quickly the carpet dry's when they have finished. The process does not leave any residue and cleans the carpet very efficiently.
