The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, he went over several options with me for best results without any pressure and really took the time to listen to my areas of concern and was fast and efficient. I could not have been happier with the service.

Carpets dry quickly.
We had a slight urgency in getting our carpets cleaned and they were able to accommodate and get someone to our home within the same week. I had no expectation of having someone come that quickly, but the fact that they cared and went over and beyond, was amazing customer service and so very appreciated.
The gentleman that came to our home was also very kind and friendly. He shampood approx 1200 sqft (3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs) in record time! It was quick, but professional and CLEAN! It has been about a week now and our carpets are still fresh, the stains are gone and I'm very happy with the end result.
I will add; our carpeting had gone through 2 puppy stages and a young child, so I was very impressed to see that all pretty much erased and the carpeting restored back to pre-puppy/child!

Brandon & Mariah were very friendly and professional. Their communication about every detail was wonderful. They provided options and recommendations to handle a few problem areas with our carpet. Before leaving, Brandon let me know the various services that Zerorez is able to provide to us, which was very helpful. Super easy to book online, great service. CJ did a great job, he explained everything and went over all the options so I got the most out of it. I ended up having him clean the kitchen and bathroom floors as well as the carpet and I'm really glad I did. Great experience!

C. J. was my service technician who was efficient, personable, and flexible with adding the cleaning of my entryway tile. He is very knowledgeable of the services and products that are available. C. J. even got a stain out that of the carpeting!

Tech was courteous, efficient, and friendly. We're happy with the clean carpet and here's no lingering odor.
The carpets were soiled with dog urine in 50% of areas. All rooms were small areas to be cleaned due to furniture. He was done so quickly I asked him to come back. He cleaned the hall the way all the carpets should have been cleaned. I paid over $300 including pet fee. I could have rented a machine for far less with a much better result.

Your products completely removed all of the pet stains and smells on our carpets and they were terrible! Our cleaner was very kind and personable.
Your carpet cleaning is superb!
The main traffic area in my family room did not look clean so I moistened it and wiped it with a white cloth. The cloth showed dirt that remained in the carpet. I sprayed it with a foam cleaner, worked it in and vacuumed. Without too much difficulty, the area became clean. I expected it to be clean after the zerorez treatment. I should have done it myself in the first place.

I am very happy with Zerorez Carpet Cleaning. I’m embarrassed to say we hadn’t had our carpets cleaned in a long time, and there were quite a few pet stains. My own rug shampoo machine barely touched them. The process that Zerorez used took care of the stains. I’m amazed at the difference. Everything looks and feels so clean and fresh. The two technicians were very professional and explained the process in detail before starting the project. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future,

The technicians were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They did a fantastic job on a long-overdue job with both my carpets and the sofa. I've got 4 pets. So they worked hard!
Also, management was very cooperative when I asked for a 2nd pass on the most highly soiled areas, sending the same technician out to do the work on a super-timely schedule.
