Too much upsale. Technician asked if when I made the appointment, did I give him the room size? No, I was not asked. He said due to size of living room, 20 x 20, would count as 2 areas.
Technician was very polite, did a very good job, showed up on time. I was to receive a phone call prior to technician showing up. I did not receive. Was OK, but I thought I would receive the call.

We were pleased with the outcome of the cleaning and professionalism of your technician Jaron on May 15th. My only disappointment is that I can't seem to get the promised Receipt . Jaron said it would come by E Mail as he left. When it didn't arrive I called you office three days later and verified my E Mail address with the operator who said it would be sent within 24 hours. That was a week ago. CAN YOU HELP ME??
