They did a great job!!

We were pleased with the outcome of the cleaning and professionalism of your technician Jaron on May 15th. My only disappointment is that I can't seem to get the promised Receipt . Jaron said it would come by E Mail as he left. When it didn't arrive I called you office three days later and verified my E Mail address with the operator who said it would be sent within 24 hours. That was a week ago. CAN YOU HELP ME??

The technician that was at the Eugene, Or. home show was the same person who cleaned my carpet. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I like that there was no smell left in the carpets. There were some stains that I wasn't sure were going to come out and I was pleased that they did. Overall, I am very satisfied and will use this service again.

Looks great. No smell, dried fast.

The carpets look really nice given their age and wear, the best since we moved into the house. I was a little surprised at the dry time as some areas were wet ten hrs. later. DO CAUTION OPERATORS TO BE CAREFUL WITH CORDS AND HOSES AROUND FLOWERS AND OTHER PLANTS. I have a deep entry approach lined with plants and the hose was dragged through parts of the flower beds.

I had urine from our dog in the carpet . The treatment used did a great job. The employee that came to my house was professional and very nice communicator. Very cheerful and worked very hard to do a good job. I love how my carpets came clean!! Thanks, Kristie Smith

We had some stains and we were not sure what it was from, but they came out the our carpet was cleaned.. Very happy with the service.

Willing, helpful and delightful worker. The work was quickly done and looks great. It was a little more expensive than I hoped, but at least I was saved from buying a new carpet.
