Good staff, clean carpet
Technician was very friendly and explained all services that were to be preformed. She made sure I was aware of an extra charge if I chose to use this treatment. When I declined she did not pressure me to change my mind. I really appreciate the low key sales approach and would definitely call you again.
The technician was amazing. Very thorough and professional.
Mariah worked diligently to clean my soiled carpets - for the most part quite successfully, but in a couple of spots not as successfully. I don't know if it was possible to completely clean those areas as she worked pretty hard to get them clean. I still have a couple of rooms to be cleaned, and I will call Zerorez/Mariah at that time. Overall a good experience.
Sooooo happy with the results of cleaning my moms VERY spotted, stained carpet thru out her home! We mainly needed it cleaner appearing to put it on the market after her passing, it came out SO much better than we could’ve imagined, the tech was great! Kudos to Mariah!
