I have 3 Chi's and a German Shepherd, this is the first time that I have had my carpet cleaned and so far it's still good. Smells good, and no returning spots.

My carpets are very clean, even though they are 10 plus years old. The technician you sent was professional, polite and on time. He recommended application of a protectant and I also love how it seems keeping the carpet from matting. It did take a little longer to dry in the rainy weather than expected but well worth the wait. I got billed for a prepaid job. You could do a much better job of communicating, answering the phone, getting information right (you still don't have my street address) and responding to information requests
