Friendly and professional
The carpet cleaning itself was first rate. The young man that cleaned our carpet was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. As a veteran, I was also very pleased that this young man is not only a veteran, but a combat veteran. If this young man is an example of the type of person Zerorez is looking to for employees and franchise owners, you couldn't be headed in a better direction. We look forward to recommending your services.
I was impressed with the system and the fact that Eldon took the time to explain how ZERORES works and the technology behind it. My carpet is amazingly clean and FEELS clean as well. I would use ZEROES again in the future without hesitation.

Quick drying carpets and no smelly residue
Eldon was fantastic and a wealth of knowledge. I love the idea of water as the main ingredient with no sticky, dirt attracting soaps. I already have recommended you to several people and my mother asked for the number yesterday.
The tech, Eldon, was such a high line pro. Walked us through the entire process. He was punctual, efficient and just enhanced the entire process. Then of course seeing the carpeting in 3 rooms before and after sealed the deal.

No chemicals
Operator showed up with a filthy machine that left large chunks of dog hair on my carpet when the machine was started. I'm concerned what else may have been left in my carpet from this filthy machine, e.g. flea eggs, tick eggs, fleas, ticks, molds, etc.
Discovered "empowered water" is actually the chemical sodium hydroxide which is a highly corrosive and dangerous chemical, regardless of what I've been told by this Zerorez owner. This cleaning process needs to be examined by the Federal Consumer Protection Agency.
Finally, the operator showed me the filter following the carpet cleaning. Inside the filter was a thick black sludge, mixed with appoximately a cup of pet hairs. These pet hairs were not from my carpet because I personally vacuumed the entire area to be cleaned with a new Kirby vacuum with fresh bag. I feel my carpet has been contaminated and plan to hire the best in Salem - Culbertsons Carpet Cleaning.
Great tech, Eldon was very knowledgable and thoroughly explained the process. My carpets looked new when he left, despite my Mastiff's best effort.
Um, everything! Not only did I receive reminders/ notifications of arrival time - When he arrived I was not completely prepared, so he happily helped me move stuff around... When he started cleaning, he worked fast and efficiently and had a such a great positive demeanor - and these carpets have never been cleaner! Thank you!!
