Our appointment was later than we had hoped, carpet didn't come out as clean as we thought it would be, was wet for a very long yimr afterwards. Despite this the technician was extremely polite and friendly and seemed to work hard.

The service was great and I have no reason to think the products will not be as well. Since it was just 24 hours ago, I have not had the opportunity to see how the products perform as far as not attracting dirt like other cleaners that leave a film or some residue on the carpet, so time will tell for that, but the service was great, and I am looking forward to seeing how the product proves itself.
