Zerorez gets the #1 place on my chart for communication. They acknowledged the appointment request the next day, and did reminder calls. Even when I had to reschedule due to construction, the receptionist was understanding and accommodating. They arrived on schedule even though they had to brave the icy roads.
The two young gentlemen that did my work were exceptional. Not only did they spend extra time on a couple of stains, they were polite and friendly. (They were not only considerate of the humans in the house, they indulged my old dog.) It was refreshing to see the pride they had in their work.
My old carpets look new again. Thank you... and yes, I would definitely use them again!
I asked the guy to clean under ONE door, not an inch from it, not next to it, not two feet into the room, but simply the space represented by the width of the door. The first this he does is close all the doors and informed us that if he did what I wanted, he would have to charge $35.00.
We were asked if we want stain guard ... up-charges and fees and extras - I feel I should bill for my time to complete your survey.
The carpet looks Great! There were a few spots . But it might be carpet . The carpet cleaner was Great with great customer service. Thanks
Watch the weather. If it is going to be treacherous, it is not good for your customers or your employees. Not worth the risk.
We really like the technician, Barry. He was very nice and efficient. The carpets really looked great when he was done. I was very impressed with the stains he was able to get out! I would highly recommend this company.
Your website states that you use fans to quick dry rooms but my technician did not do that. Just wondering why you say you do something a certain way but don't. It dried completely in 10 hours but I thought that was unusual to state something your techs don't normally do. Also your website states you don't park in the customers driveway but the tech did want to park as close to the door as possible in our driveway which is normal, but also different than what your website states.
excellent staff pleasure to work with from first call to finished product - incredible results - rugs weren't this clean when I bought them 20 years ago and now they are so beautiful!Love how my wall to wall feels when I walk on it now -

There were some spots still left on the carpets and there were a couple of very wet areas that I had to dry with a towel. Barry was a very nice.

Tyler was fantastic. Courteous and very polite. But although he lifted one stain, my carpets just don't look like theyes were cleaned. When I compare them to areas not cleaned they just don't seem any cleaner then those. It just bummed me out. It has been awhile since they were cleaned but I was hoping for a little better result.

As usual the carpet always stays wet longer than expected but remember that.

Everythinf
Prices were different and more than other companies I have used in the past. Everything had a price and area rugs were priced terribly and other companies didn't charge extra. I had to really talk the technician into not charging me for a landing on my stairs because it is just a turned step that was barely larger than a normal step. Everything seems very bait and switch and the prices are higher and quality not any different in the results from Chem Dry and Stanley Steamer. If I am going to be charged for every little thing and the prices are higher the quality better be too and it wasn't. Also other companies use two techs, you guys used one.
