I have listened to Lars Larson for quite a long time telling about Zerorez, so was glad to know you are now serving Salem. The technician was very kind to call about 15 minutes before his arrival, and then arrived right on time. He was very professional, thorough, and courteous. I was surprised as how quickly he completed the job, and we are very satisfied with the result. Lars mentions that the carpet will "look like new," and I believe that is true in our case. I have already recommended it and will give them a copy of the technician's business card.

Too early to evaluate as I want to see how the carpet is in two weeks. The reason I choose this company is because of stated products being green. Other times I have had carpet cleaned appeared the chemicals used seemed to attract dirt.

I have already recommended zerorez - I have no idea who Central Oregon, Or is.

I would say had out five business cards per job... It was a couple of phone calls to get you to Keizer (north of Salem).

It worked! All the stains c a me out. All of them!. My carpets look brand new and the texture is now amazing on bare feet.

Jarom was very courteous and did a great job on my carpet. We have a Mastiff that makes our cream colored carpet dirty really quick. There was no stains left after Jarom finished.

Too much upsale. Technician asked if when I made the appointment, did I give him the room size? No, I was not asked. He said due to size of living room, 20 x 20, would count as 2 areas.
