The gentleman was very wonderful and quick, however the stains I was hoping to remove are still there. He mentioned that toilets are problem areas, but I still had hope that it would look better, and there is still quite a bit of discoloration in the shower. I know he went over the areas several times as he mentioned that he did, and it is difficult to do a quality check until everything dries, but there you are.
Maybe it because my carpets are so old now, but they just don't look very clean. I also don't remember it ever taking this long for my carpets to dry before. My carpets were done being cleaned on Tuesday at 4pm & they are still slightly damp today Wednesday at 9pm. The technician was very professional & did a good and thorough job, he asked me to point out any areas I wanted him to go over again & I did. I still see some spots that I couldn't see when they were wet.

There was an oder after they cleaned last week and when I called with my concern, they came out right away to address the issue! They were still pleasant and wanted to correct the issue. Thanks guys for your hard work.

After the 1st visit a stain from my dog's bile still remained. A 2nd time was tried and when I touch the spot there is a distinct smell of bile. I hate to ask him to come out a 3rd time but I spent a lot of money to have this result.

I was happy with the service, but I don't know if it was better than the other company I have used. I think the price for the protective coat was too much, I have paid about 60% less for it in the past. Also, the other company cleaned under the small tables.

Figure out a way to make the drying time shorter. Jerem did our carpets and he did an excellent and professional job, however, 2 areas actually took almost 24 hours to dry completely. They look great but we did not want them soiled quickly again by allowing any of our 9 family members to walk on them when they were still damp.(we did that before and learned the hard way) Thanks so much, they do look very clean and nice.
We liked that they are all natural products..we felt that the product you used on our carpet was very safe.
My cleaner was very professional and attentive
The young man who did the work was lovely and very fast. A row of small spots that had been On the carpet in our home office showed up this morning after the carpet was dry. We had not used that room or the second bedroom or family room until this morning hours after the carPets had dried. The other issue was that the smell of dog urine is still there in the second bedroom and back bedroom. I was astonished at how clean the carpets seemed yesterday when he left. The smell of whatever he used was so strong and so pleasant I did not know if the odor of urine was still there. Unfortunately it is. If these problems can be fixed I would be happy to recommend your company. He was also supposed to do the front and back seats and floors of our pickup but apparently no one told him or he forgot. I cannot be in the truck until it is thoroughly steam cleaned and vacumned due to residual cat dander from previous owners. Dander from cats puts me into anaphylactic shock. Loved the fresh smell in my house after the carpet was cleaned
when i made arrangements to have someone come out I mentioned the Storm Kennedy KUGN radio special - which was for $99. When I eventually spoke to someone I was quoted $119. When the technician left I owed $183 - which I know that $40 was for pet urine treatment for one room. Had I known the base cost would have been $143 I most likely would not have scheduled the cleaning. I have had my carpets cleaned over the years and have never paid over $130, even with pre -treating areas. I will say that he was a nice person, did a good job and the carpet looks good but I believe that you do a bait and switch. When he was all done he explained that for an additional fee I could protect my carpets with another finish. That was also per room. Make it right? Be up front with your charges. My total house is under 1000sq feet, the carpet was not a mess and three rooms (kitchen, laundry and bath) aren't even carpeted.
I like the cleaning process, no chemicals or soapy residue left in carpet. I thought the service was excellent, price affordable.

I love that there is absolutely no detergent residue or chemical! I also am a big fan of the extraction with hot water. Definitely the best my carpets have looked and Herome was so informative, helpful and professional in every way! I feel like my carpets have received a "second life"! Made a believer of me, I will be calling you to come back every six months!
