Carpet is so clean
Great technician, carpets felt much cleaner and less filmy from the prior cleaning by property management. Nice you provide a lot of services other than carpet cleaning.
Service was great--carpet looks great!
Very happy with the results. The only reason score was not higher was I felt like I was being nickel and dimed for everything. I called about the special-3 rooms and hallway for $99. Was quoted $118 with the disposal fee. But then I'm told my "oversized" living room was going to be more. With all the furniture it really isn't that much more floor space to clean than a smaller but open room. I was then informed our two very small steps down to our sunken living room would typically cost more as well but he didn't add this time. Our primary bedroom only has a narrow path around king bed so hardly any square footage there and I was told my small walk-in closet would typically cost more as well which has always been included in any other cleanings I've had with no questions. I've just never had any other company want to charge separate for so many different areas. I would think it should be taken in consideration that some areas being cleaned are very small and other areas might be a little bigger and makes up the difference square footage wise but apparently not with this company. Ended up spending $242 because of larger front room and I did add the kitchen tile and grout as well as a dining chair. Very happy with results other than being hit with higher pricing over this and that once here.

It took about 48 hours for all of my carpeting to dry.
The carpets look great and feel so soft! I would definitely use Zerorez again. My only disappointment was that they took so long to dry, but that is usually the case with any carpet cleaning company. The tech, Chad, was timely, thorough, and professional.

The carpets look great and the person who did the cleaning was finished much faster than I anticipated. It's only been a few days so it's too soon to tell if some of the spots will return. The one recommendation I have is to narrow the arrival window. Having a 5 hour window for arrival is difficult for people who work.

Good clean feeling
We have dogs, 3 dogs, inside dogs, older at 14 & 15 years old, dogs that don’t like the cold & wet of Oregon weather.
Previously we have Zero Rez come every 4-5 months. We are upping their most excellent service to every 3 months as their products and services make our carpets look and smell so, so much better.
Ps: my husband & I agree that we will not replace the carpets until they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge!

I have been using Zerorez for quite a few years. My carpets are always clean and fresh. Your techs have always been prompt, personable, and hard workers. I am especially pleased with my recent service as I had a difficult stain. Rich worked and worked on it and now I can't tell there was a stain. I have and will continue to refer friends to Zerorez.

The Technician arrived promptly on time, surveyed the area to be cleaned and explained what was needed and how it would be done, and began the work. He did a good job in a timely fashion and was courteous and friendly in a professional way.
I told the technician that I saw black streaks in my carpet and he said that was because the carpet was still wet but when it dried, those streaks would disappear.
I have taken pictures because those streaks are still in my carpet and I am not happy about this.
I have sent, via text, to the phone number and Diane's attention. It is right in my entryway and you can see these streaks immediately as you enter my house.
