Carpets look wonderful!
I was given a certain quote for my carpets and when the technician got there he said I had 2 over sized rooms and charged me another $80.00 plus dollars. I had no idea about this as the person on the phone gave me a price with a bundle and then other rooms. I was not happy.
Very good service with well informed and knowledgeable staff members.
Mainly the quality with the speed. It turned out better than I expected.
the worker was not well informed about the work to be done. Everything he did was extra beyond the agreed upon estimated cost. Then some treated spots came back & I contacted them to come treat them again & they want to charge me to come back out & charge me to retreat the spots again. It's just my husband & I. We live in a mobile home & we're elderly so it's not heavy duty spots. They just want to suck you for all they can get & do a minimal job. I will never use them again nor ever recommend them to anyone.
I paid more than double of what I was quoted because of urine spots. I get the upscale portion of business but I will never use your company again it was incredibly missleading to have even been quoted 323.00 for services without asking the appropriate questions to give me a realistic quote, had i recieved the 720 price tag i wouldn't have ever bothered hiring you to begin with. It took 3 hours to fix a mechanical issue the tech was here from 8:45 to 3:15. During the service several spots of wall damage were created on the newly painted walls. I have never had such an uncomfortable experience with a hired service. I wanted clean carpets and that I 85% got. Not sure that it was worth the $720.00 price tag or the entire day wasted. I am highly dissatisfied and will never recommend or use your company again
Well your appointment scheduler too didn’t communicate with the tech regarding cleaning my recliners or the tech didn’t do what was asked by the scheduler. I asked about having them cleaned and she said she would have to have them look at the fabric and then they could let me know, I didn’t hear a word from either, I called and she said he couldn’t come back as he had already went on with his day but that she could schedule an appointment for him to come do them. I am perplexed because first he needed to look at them and now she can just schedule it because he can bring special cleaning supplies. So what is it , he can and always could have or what??
Then I asked who the manager was and she said there is 10 and I said of the Eugene /Springfield location ?? Well no, about 3-4 , great have one of them call me , ok well I don’t know when they will be able to!! Ok well have them call me .. still no call from one of the 3-4 or 10 managers which I find hard to believe that with that many managers not a single one can’t find time to make a call!!
So in my opinion this is very poor customer service which isn’t surprising as when I originally tried to schedule about 9 months ago I couldn’t get an actual live person on the phone it was only through text which is not my preferred communication method when doing business.
Chris did an outstanding job with a difficult carpet. He was on time, professional, personable and spent the time to discuss what I wanted. He was quick and very efficient. He also made me aware of all the other services Zerorez offered. I will ask for him again.
Service man was very nice and cleaned the carpet very well, all for a reasonable price.
The carpet was very clean, but it was soaking wet and has taken two days to dry. That is a long time to not be able to walk in the bedroom (finally put down towels to walk on). The tech said 4-6 hours and it's been 48, still damp, even with fans and turning the furnace on to get heat in the room to help dry.
Also, our furniture soaked up a lot of water in the wooden legs, hopefully that won't stain. I thought you were supposed to be the folks who left drier carpet than other companies when you clean? I appreciate the cleanliness and the process and the no scent, but the drying time is ridiculous.
Also the tech declined to do a duct inspection when asked, not sure what that's about, the invoice said it was a free included service.
So yeah, not thrilled.
The tech did the job so quickly. He said he got out a stain, but after he left, it was still there. The stain was super sticky and we removed it ourselves with water and a towel.
It was a lot of money to pay for someone to spend 45 min cleaning, still missed a spot, and he had to clean a stain ourselves.
When we called their office to mention the stain, the lady on the phone just said we should have spent the extra money to have better cleaning treatment.
Carpet cleaning used to be just that, carpet cleaning for one price. Now you want us to pay more for better cleaning. I don’t understand. We were very disappointed and will never use your services again, as well as share our experiences with others.

I love the accountability and excellence in customer service. This company should write a manual on best practice in quality and customer service.
