We still have strong dog urine odor in rooms - which was the whole purpose of cleaning - so we’ll need to call and have him come back, but he’s great.

When I called and spoke to a lady on the phone, it was in regard to an Ad in the Savvy Saver. The advertised price was $159.00 for 3 rooms and 1 hallway for free for all 1st time users of your service. I have never used ZeroRez before.
My house only has carpet in 2 rooms (the living room & my bedroom) and 1 'waterfall' staircase (11 stairs). We agreed that the dimensions of my living room (14 x 23) is large enough to qualify as 2 rooms and that the stairs would be considered the hallway, so the $159 would be fine.
When the man came to my house, I told him I had not been able to get the furniture etc. out of my bedroom, so he would only be able to do the living room and the stairs.
He said that was fine...and then wanted to charge me almost $200.00! I protested that was not what was agreed upon and told him I had called in for the 1st Time deal that was in the paper. He said the best he could do was give me $20 off. He charged me $178.80 for doing less than what was agreed upon for the $159.00 advertised price. He had no fans to help with the drying out process and he spent half his time on the phone anyway. Told me he was the manager but I doubt that as he was missing a fair amount of stuff from his truck and it was leaking stuff from the back of the van onto the driveway. He admitted that he hadn't check it before he left to do his route for the day. I don't think that a manager would be that careless or unprepared.
We used Zerorez for the first time on carpeting and were pleased. Had them back to clean the tile in our kitchen and were again very pleased. Chad was wonderful to work with and the white tile and grout looks beautiful. Thanks for your service!

The technician was prompt and professional. Very friendly and helpful. The end result, which is what really counts is great!! Saved us from pulling the carpet and replacing with LVP in the two bedrooms we were concerned about. I haven't used anyone else over the last two decades.
Before we moved into our new home, we contacted Zerorez because the carpet had been exposed to numerous indoor cats. Our technician sent step-by-step photos during the cleaning process. Carpet was very clean and smelled neutral upon entering our new home. The communication from our tech during the cleaning process was appreciated, as we were not in town yet to inspect the cleaning. I recommend using Zerorez!

My carpets were cleaned on Nov 1st and I called in about the stains coming back up right away. On the Nov 7th I was told that 'someone' would contact me in 2-5 days and I have not heard back from anyone. Not happy.
You backed up your service with coming back a second time to see that my carpets were well cleaned.

I had given a list of the things I wanted done in my RV, I was quoted $175 couch included, so it was a leather sofa that the way was going to charge me extra for it, so he didn't do it, but no money came down from my original price, I also requested my headboard to get cleaned but, it didn't happen.
Don't get me wrong, the guy was super nice, but he also didn't get behind the sofa to clean, my cat sleeps there on a paper bag, the bag didn't move at all, infact it's still there.
At least my place is cleaner than when I first moved in.
I think maybe how much water is left in the carpet could be lessened? Maybe the guys are overbooked and can’t take the time to remove as much water as possible before they have to go to the next job, but my carpets took almost 24 hours to dry enough to return furniture to the rooms.
First time used and very pleased. Carpet is clean, no crusty feel from residue, fast drying time, and Chad was very professional and polite. Will definitely continue using them!
