Just some thoughts for ZeroRez to consider in your effort to be first class: Have the people on your team use Tyvek boot covers. At least a customer will know anything tracked in or out is from their own driveway or property. When they show up for the appointment and go into someone's home with their work boots or shoes a customer has no idea what they are tracking in...i.e. How filthy the floor was in the last public restroom before they entered a customer's home. Public restrooms floors are generally filthy with urine.
Also, before they do come into a customer's home, they "SHOULD" stop at a public restroom and never ask a customer if they can use the private restroom in the customer home. Especially men. Men have a tendency to pee on the toilet rim and drip on the floor...it is nasty.

We had our carpets cleaned by Duncan and are so glad we did. Our carpets look brand new!

Two weeks later, we had our air vents cleaned by Dominick and Duncan. They both worked quickly and non-stop with amazing results! Dominick and Duncan are definitely knowledgeable professionals. They take precautions with their cleaning equipment and were very careful with our walls/other flooring areas throughout the house.

We HIGHLY recommend ZEROREZ to anyone needing their carpets and/or air vents cleaned.

The naturalness, ease of scheduling, and my service provider Duncan was very thorough and did a great job. The price is pretty high and I’d do it more often if it was more affordable but on occasion it’s definitely worth it!

He seemed nice, but wanted to come early so we hurried around and did okay. I seems maybe he didn't take enough time or enough light to see, but missed some spots in traffic areas that just probably needed a little more run over them time. I was disappointed after the work we had done to prepare and had high expectations as others said you were good. I would not call you again. sorry

Very clean and no harsh chemicals

Great job, our carpets look refreshed! Thank you. Our only con is we do feel like it’s pricey and has an up charge due to our natural fiber carpet when they arrived which increased our original quote by $400! It would have been helpful for them to ask about our carpet over the phone when they were giving us an initial quote.

I like the pricing specials. The tech CJ was knowledgeable and friendly.

I'm extremely frustrated. I scheduled for carpet and upholstery cleaning and the guys truck broke down, so he had to use another truck. The other truck didn't have an upholstery tool, so no upholstery cleaning. He did not remove stains from our carpet. His hose broke in our living room. He has to leave to get another hose. My mom was here and she didn't know he sprayed the whole carpet before getting started and she stepped into the carpet and said it was very cold. I was told that it was hot water extraction which is what I need for my. Carpet warranty. The guy said the stains won't come out because we didn't have protector on our carpets, they are new 15 months old carpet with a stain warranty. I'm not sure how long it takes to clean a carpet but his work time was about an hour, after deducting the time he was gone to get a new hose. He also did not give a 30 minute to one hour advance notice prior to arriving.
