Very disappointed! We spent A LOT! of money to have the carpets cleaned after our cats peed outside of their litter box. The smell wasn't any better and they didn't seem much cleaner. We just bought a carpet shampooer to see what we could do, and my husband said it's like we have new carpets now. This is what I would've expected after having them professionally cleaned. Especially after more than $300.
All the staff are very kind and respectful. The cleaning done is done exactly as we wanted. The product they use leaves our carpet cleaner than we have ever seen that is why I always recommend you to our friends.
