I was told the cleaning would be from 10am-3pm. I specifically closed our office for these hours. It turns out that was just the "arrival window". For businesses (especially healthcare) having exact arrival and departure time is important. The cleaning ended up being from 1pm-5pm which was inconvenient and caused missed revenue for us.

Happy with the cleaning but would choose to schedule elsewhere next time due to this.

I live in Corbett, Oregon. I called and arranged for your tile and carpet cleaning services at my dad's house in Turner, Oregon. Your technician was the best. It was a miserably hot day and he had been stuck in a terrible traffic jam but he still worked very hard. He was very nice, chatted with my dad a bit but still staying on task. The before and after pictures are incredible! My dad was thinking of cleaning the carpet now but getting new carpet next spring. Your technician cleaned the carpet so well that my dad plans to keep the existing carpet but have Zerorez come out yearly to clean it! I already gave your information to a coworker! Thanks for making the floors so clean that it makes the who house seem new again!!! I am sure his house cleaner that comes in once a week will appreciate it too!

You turned my brand new grey carpets brown. Official term is brown out. I learned that if the PH of a carpet is left too high, it causes it to turn brown. I reached out immediately and got a response the follow day via text. I left my home in unlivable conditions for 3 days, hoping someone would come out and fix it my carpet. Unfortunately I haven’t heard back from anyone and I put my home back together. I’ll be contacting another company to fix the issue and requesting zerorez to cover that cost.
