All the workout equipment
the facility is dirty and not the premier place i was hoping for. I know they have new management but they haven't had time to enact anything that would change my perception of the place. I will not pay 70 bucks a month for that gym ever. they need a complete overhaul to make it more palatable.
The services, workout areas and the people
It needs to be better organized and kept tidy. Weights are not always put back in a timely manner and it could be kept cleaner
Dakota is a great trainer. The equipment is good and I enjoy the climate of the gym.

I appreciate the instructors of the classes and individual training.
Continue to see a steady decline in quality of my membership. Towels, soap, other amenities are often low or out of stock. Machines seem to take a while to be fixed. Towels that used to be bright white are often dingy or have stains on them. Temperature and humidity are often uncomfortable. Showers don’t seem like they’re cleaned often.

Verity of activities to help get in shape
Repair cracks in equipment padding. They cannot be properly cleaned when inside padding is exposed. Replace 5 lb weight markers on weight machines.
Clean the gym floor
I go to water aerobics and we by far have the best teachers. Fay is one of the best around this area. She makes sure it is a great class. So very helpful and friendly to all.
I love water aerobics But will be happy when the other club gets its pool fixed so it isn’t so crowded.
Clean fans in exercise rooms..filthy!
Air conditioner exercise studios.. Very warm for classes
Get quieter laundry carts.. They are going to ruin hearing of staff and are very annoying to clients.
A lot of the equipment isn’t working and it’s not as clean as it used to be when it was Sky

Get the AC fixed in the spin room please.
Everything is organized and clean. I have been to at least6-10 locations and this one is the best.
Also, Staff is Great.
It’s close by my home. The trainer is very good & I get a lot out of my participating in water aerobics.
Fix broken machines
The facility is in disrepair and not adequately cleaned.
Repair the equipment more timely. Open earlier than 8:00 on Sunday and 7:00 on Saturday. It used to be 6:00.
There are 3 things I particularly like about the club:
1. All the windows in the workout area, along with a great variety of workout machines!
2. I love that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in the showers!
3. There are many fitness classes to attend each day!
Freedom to come at my convenience, always clean.
Normal upkeep is lacking. Example the ladies locker room has a sign on the bathroom stall that it will be fixed ASAP. That sign has been there since before May 1.
Showers always have globs of hair on the drain, day after day so I know those are being cleaned
I'm sure it's largely because COVID hit everyone so hard, but it's tough that there are so fewer group exercise offerings compared to pre-COVID days. I loved Spin classes at the other locations (I'm not a fan of the Stages bikes at the Fort Collins Club location) and there are almost none I can get to that fit my work schedule. Also, it's a silly and minor gripe but my key tag broke off my key ring, and when I asked about a replacement I was told there are none because they're on backorder.
My recommendation would be to have a cleaner environment/space - the lockers, bathrooms, floors upstairs etc. I am a frequent visitor and I noticed that the gym doesn't get cleaned daily. The lockers and floors are dirty for days.
Other than that I enjoy my workouts there.
