The pool and lots of access to treadmills etc
More towels, a few machines were out of order
All the features and classes.
I have been a member there for many years and have enjoyed my time there. However since it was sold many things have changed. The club has lost its personality. it is no longer a place where all ages fell welcome. An example of this was the Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:30 swim class. This group which consisted of 20 too 25 people would meet for cards and lunch. Club members of all ages would stop and visit with us and many stayed for lunch Once management stopped having food for lunch the card group stopped We now finish class and go our separate ways.
the club no longer serves coffee, ice tea or soda which also deters people from stopping and visiting. I also understand that the lunch business was profitable. However I realize that it's your club and you have the right to do what you like. Thank you
Convenience, equipment and staff
Place a sign upstairs asking people to move off the equipment when not using (usually on their phone) & letting people jump in between sets. Sometimes you have 2 people tie up one machine for 20 minutes.
Maintenance is not what it used to be. Doesn’t seem as clean. MYZONE screens don’t work all the time. I am disgusted by the towels. You say a supply issue, go to Walmart!!
Half the showers don’t work and several other repairs that go unnoticed or are just neglected. Planning on leaving to find another gym as this one has went drastically downhill over the last year.
Over the last year or so, the cleanliness of the Salina Club has declined significantly. That is the main reason. The men's locker room is kind of gross....
I would love to tan but with how much it costs...there's no way

I'm unswerving this because Genesis is giving another opportunity to say.
I complain a million times about the dressing room, it was for members now is for a couple of swimming trainers, they are so rude, they are arrogant, imposible that they understand, that it was a dressing room for members no for them, they took advantage when the club changed the owners, they took members room for them, assigned to the members a very small, dull, cold, without ceiling rom, I bet in the pass was a storage room.
Showers, saunas, bathrooms ,need extra clean.
Upstairs, early in the morning, cleaning clothes everywhere!!!! Equipment out of the place! New members, sitting on machine for 15, 20 minutes using the cellphone instead the machine. No drink water upstairs!!!
I'm a member for 20 years, and this are my complaints for the las 3 years, and nothing changed, but thanks, for give me one more time to say my frustrations.
Variety of classes. Friendly atmosphere. Clean.
Men’s locker room at Cass St location is atrocious. One urinal is broken and has been for several weeks. Lockers have broken doors. Need additional free weight equipment such as squat racks and benches.
The gym is straight ghetto. Old machines old mismatched equipment. Hardly any sets of dumbbells together or available. Lifting space is tiny
The workout facilities, swimming pools, and hot tubs are great! However, the showers need to be fixed as most everyone of them you turn on is extremely hot and uncontrollable. Also, there is a big pot hole in the parking lot not far from the doors into the club that needs repairing.
The worst thing about the club is driving out onto 132nd St which usually has heavy traffic making it both difficult and dangerous when driving out! My suggestion would be to see if the city would possibly put in a traffic light as both the gym and Unlimited Male have a lot of customers that need to drive out onto 132nd St when they are finished!
It seems like when something is broken, it takes a long time to fix it.
Stair machines are a good example of this, and now the hot tub by the pool is not in use.
During the summer swimming months, more towels need to be in rotation. I have been to work out many evenings and there are no towels available.
The Sprague location is not kept up well. Many machines are not working...bathrooms out of order...air conditioning not working properly...gym not kept clean. Also, the parking lot is in bad need of repairs. This location used to be a premier gym but it has really been ran into the ground. Members are talking about going to a new Plant Fitness that just opened up the street
when will you fix your equipment and tv room
I was charged once again after I had notified that I was stopping my membership.
Thus far it has taken a week and zero return response from the local manager Mike.
Quickly repair disabled equipment. Sometimes certain equipment is not fixed for many days. Get all the TVs working. There have been several which have been dark for quite awhile. Repair the floor in the men’s shower room. Install ceiling fans in the men’s locker room.
The large number of women involved in the various tennis activities, the good selection for evening/weekend tennis events. The very nice remodeled locker rooms.
I use the pool three times a week. Excellent!!!!
I've been a memeber at this club since it was a Prarie Life fitness. I love this club.
Clean the 70th Street Location up. I am a 25 year plus member. The club has never been dirtier. Weeds in pool area and where water class equipment stored. Mold on pool class noodles, food on floors in halls left for days. Heard you have one cleaning person for all 3 clubs? Well stop draining club funds on remodel on Old Cheney and clean up your clubs.
Get better shower heads, most of the ones you have are wimpy, not enough water pressure
The classes and the instructors!!
Have appreciated small improvements thisvyear such as replacing shower curtains in locker rooms and changing laundry to make towels softer.
Keep the heat on for the indoor pool water!
There is the appearance and feeling that cutting corners in service and member experience is more important to save money and expense than it is to provide a good member experience. Corporate owner business preferences seem to be more important than remembering that the purpose is to meet the health and wellness needs of members.
The equipment is fresh and new.
The facility is first rate. Indoor & Outdoor pools. Wet & Dry Saunas. Whirlpool. Excellent locker room. Walking/running track. Fantastic weight room. Fantastic cardio area. Machines are well maintained & much desired to achieve your workout goals.
I like my personal trainer.
