Keep up on repairs. Sauna bench has been broken for a while.

Still waiting on the hot tub and steam room that have been closed for well over a year. Had a Grand Opening and list these things as benefits and they continue to sit there. Another issue are all the TV's - great that you added a bunch, but the channels are never working, go around and check the TV's each day to make sure they work.
Consistent maintenance and repair of sauna and hot tub.
Would like to have ice when coming in 2 work out.
Body pump classes too crowded at mid morning
The only thing I would suggest is to better clean the club. There are some spots that are just plain dirty. Thanks.
Pay for the doctors bills my daughter has occurred when she got hurt in the Lee’s Summit location not due to her fault.
swimming pool has lanes 1 and 2 reserved but should leave lanes 3 and 4 open just in case for people who want a quick swim after a work out. The hot tub area is always wet and dirty, it is not safe to walk thru that area
Would like to have the locker facilities completed. while i am glad they are open after a year - there are always some toilets that are out of order, the place is dirty, no sauna, no curtains on the shower. Very disappointing

I wish there were more evening group fitness class options.
Renovate the ladies’ bathrooms! Please give the tile floors a good scrubbing, and replace the worn and battered bathroom divider stalls, especially on the west side. I was pretty amazed that these improvements weren’t made when the club was “renovated “ a couple of years ago, and the rehab is needed even more now.
Keep it clean in there, replace some of these treadmills that are loose
The classes and the pool.
Fix the ac at the 101 and Sheridan location. I would be embarrassed to recommend anyone to a hot workout room. I hope the problem will resolve soon.

Cleaning bathrooms especially in the pool area…the “family bathrooms” . Have daycares open during the afternoon hours. Cleaning overall needs done better. The fitness group class rooms are more dirty then they used to be. People pay a lot more to attend this gym then the gym down the street. When miramont turned into genesis it has slowly deteriorated. Staff isn’t given proper tools to fix things and they are given too many jobs so they can’t do anything very well. It’s sad to see this gym in the shape it’s in now. People who worked for miramont were always happy and upbeat and it’s not that way anymore because they are given too many jobs and are overwhelmed.
Lower membership prices. Make sure weights are evenly distributed at the benches and other areas.
No management oversight and the facility is dirty especially the mens locker room. Never been in filthier showers. This facility is more like a high school cafeteria then a well run fitness center. I would definitely not recommend this gym to anyone that I know.
Half of the machines are not working! Needs new equipment!
It's kept up fairly nicely and it actually has a couple of handball courts, which are hard to find anymore.
Tennis
Towels that do not flake all over would be nice. Also, not having curtains on showers for an extended period of time was disappointing as it seems like an easy fix.

I have been disappointed in Genesis' take over of Onelife Fitness. Since the change occurred, Genesis has been unable to hold onto class instructors which was my primary reason for joining the gym. The turnover rate for instructors has been very high and the new classes and instructors are not engaging. Further, the cleanliness of the gym has been an issue. The bathrooms appear to have no one entering to work or check- pieces of faucets have been broken off for months, there are draining issues in the shower, the door to the sauna is dangerous with the pad coming off the metal, etc. The quality and quantity of cleaning materials is also an issue, with some areas having absolutely no paper towels, and some areas have no cleaning spray.
Finish construction (hot tub in men's locker room, no shower curtains), miscellaneous other things, including a roof that still leaks. Get another pec dec machine, and another seated leg press machine.
Spacious, clean, great selection of group fitness classes
Such a hassle to freeze membership and to cancel. During COVID I was only able to freeze membership if I went into the club, would not do it by email, phone, etc. Really? Membership staff are stern and not friendly.
