The staff and instructors are amazing.
I absolutely loved working with your personal trainer Sienna. She's a true asset to this company.
On the other hand, I do have concerns about the cleanliness and condition of the clubs. I'm not the only one. Many others have commented at the gym about the decline and lack care. This used to be a very high end club. I really hope that you'll take the comments seriously. For what we pay in membership fees, it's just not up to par. There's a lot of new gyms in town for significantly lower cost. That's not why we're all here. I truly enjoy this gym and would love to stay.
Too much equipment needing repair

Members from other gym should be able to workout in other gyms instead of being charged extra. When I get off work late, I can go to the gym close to my work so I don’t have to miss a workout. It is so inconvenient and unhealthy for me who’s trying to be consistent with my workout. Hope this help.
The machines don't always work. No TV on some of the equipment. Nice people that work there.
I like the spaciousness of the Gateway facility and easy parking. The Cheney facility gives me claustrophobia, plus the rabbit-warren like halls are confusing. It’s awesome having a track @ 70th&A but I don’t care for some of the weight machines and they’re always busy.
The progress on the remodel is taking forever. The club is a disaster and filthy. why would anyone want to join at this point.
It would be nice to have some updates on construction so your members could anticipate when a completion is in the future.

I appreciate the friendships I’ve made while exercising at the club. I always look forward to coming to swim, etc!
While I have seen improvements, the mens showers (50%) don’t work and there is mold on ceilings.

The cardio theater has been working on and off (mostly off) for the past 2 months. That is one of my favorite things about that gym so I’m really hoping they can fix or replace it soon.
I primarily use the pool. The pool is a refuge that strengthens my joints while lessening the use of pain meds. Doing modified water exercises has helped and with the operation hours I am able to come in about anytime to workout. The renovations made to the pool and locker room were long overdue. However, the upkeep has proven to be a challenge for the crew. The green plastic grass is often found on the deck. The deck needs to be swept before it is washed down. Otherwise the trash is back in the water. The water extractor is often out of order. Additional trash cans are needed in the pool area.

Very friendly environment and friendly staff. Great classes wonderful variety of equipment. Steve MGR is excellent.
Towels are not available many times. There is no place to put the shower stuffs in the shower room.
Club upkeep going south, staff won't enforce club rules, ie workout bags on gym floor or on equipment. Can't see any improvements for annual club upkeep fee
We are now going to the Mills Civic Parkway Genesis. This facility is newer and offers some of the amenities we didn't experience at the Southside Genesis.
People at the front desk should be knowledgeable on the classes. I called Saturday inquiring about a class that I saw listed for Sunday...they did not know but thought it was happening. Came on Sunday and class does not go on Sunday. The members in the locker room gave me the information. Asked again at the front desk and the 3-4 employees working there did not know anything about scheduling and told me to call when a manager was on duty during the week.
I think the people working the front desk should be more informed about what is happening within the club.
The facility isn’t clean. Floors are filthy. Shower drains full of hair. Pool deck covered in food. Outside childrens playground hasn’t been mowed for over a year. Great location and instructors.

As a result of the on-going pandemic and health issues I have not been able to utilize your club. As a way to support local businesses and with the hope that I would be able to re-start my exercise routine, I have maintained my membership. On 7/25 I entered your club with the intent of using the hot tub to do some rehab. I was not operational. The front desk person indicated that it had been broken for awhile and had no idea when it would be fixed.

The classes. The instructors. The pool. The choices of different classes and activities.
Facilities are nice and well maintained; staff is friendly and courteous; location is terrific.
There are no curtains on the showers, you run out of big towels, there is only railing on one side of the steps going upstairs. Half of the bathrooms were out of order this weekend.
The employees are great but the club is not up to normal standards
Like the remodel. I go to the gym Monday thru Friday and a 2nd time on Mondays & Thursday to swim. My only comment would be what happen to the person/people that cleaned all the time? There has been a spill under one of the leg machines for months, most has worn away. I told the lady at the desk but she said she doesn't take of that, I told her I know but thought she could relay it on to the person that does.
