The variety of senior classes offered and the swimming pool. The instructors are great!
Variety of classes
I want to see a stronger commitment to racquetball players / courts and the shower area. The showers & bathrooms get really streamed up and the sauna breaks frequently. Would like to see better ventilation and, ideally, separation between the toilets & shower. The floors need to be refinished in the courts & the lights replaced when bulbs burnout. The gym floor was refinished when I first joined more than a decade ago but the club chose not to refinish the courts. So the floors really need regular cleaning each time - which the players do… but it is really something that should be part of regular maintenance & cleaning. There are more than enough weights… though the 10 lb medicine ball disappeared a few years ago & is still missing. Really need the 10 lb ball. Staff are great… especially the older gal at the front desk on Tues/ Thurs evenings and the blonde haired older gal who works tues/ Thurs evenings. They work hard & try to keep up in things. I’ll try to share names next time.
Multiple options for equipment, great classrooms, nice staff, clean facility.
1. Fix and clean the ceiling fans in the mens locker room.
2. Fix the broken lockers in the mens locker room.
3. Fix the steam room and whirlpool in the mens locker room.
4. Fix toilets and urinals in mens locker room to flush.
5. Assure the air conditioning is working properly on hot/humid days.
The availability of the equipment, classes and pools. The availability of the staff.
Fix sinks and showers in ladies locker room.
Bring back evening aquacize classes.
The men’s locker room is pretty filthy. Not sure it gets the cleaning it really needs
Group class instructors are awesome!
Front desk workers are friendly.

The members are very respectful of everyone. It is clean club and they seem to have a lot of sanitary and towels to use

Just missing on some details. e.g. not having a water hose connected in the men’s steam room. It would be much more pleasurable to be able to at least rinse off the sweat from other people, before sitting down to enjoy a steam. I use a towel, but that just soaks up the sweat.
Fix the heating and cooling that has been out for months. People can’t come to classes because it’s stifling without air conditioning.
Amazing facility
Remodel the facility is aging and not as attractive as it used to be.
Indoor pool. Outdoor pool. Hot tubs when they are working. Walking track. Friendly staff people and friendly patrons.

The men’s locker room is dirty, less than half the showers work and there is a brown scum on the shower walls. Why can’t it be kept clean and the showers repaired?
Variety of pools. Nice members.
When registered fir classes and it cancels I never receive notification.
You have made no improvements to the club. The dumbell racks are away from the mirrors making extra work to carry heavy weights to the benches. The club is way overstocked with cardio machines instead of weight training equipment. Only one set of dumbells over 50lbs. One leg press. Pathetic “rocker” machines. No calf machine. Get some real equipment like Hammer Strength

Only half the showers work in mens locker room with very little pressure
Monitor the playing in the pool area and letting other members know that most people there to exercise and be courteous of people in the pool instead of forcing them out of it.
Cleanliness and helpful/friendly staff.
It’s a lot higher than vasa the steam rooms never seem to work, I have allergies and the wet and dry help me a lot
You are all blow and no show. Over a year to redo the facility! Blaming others for your problems and generally poor upper management. If it wasn't for your instructors I'd be elsewhere.
I love the different machines that are available to work out on . There is an indoor and outdoor pool and kid's play area. It is busy there but lots of activities available.

The men's shower area has a smell near or in the steam room. The shower area feels like it needs an upgrade.
The weight machines are great, but there is frequently dust around the bases of the equipment.
