Make sure the AC is consistently working!!! Also would love to have a few peloton bikes on the cardio floor so guests can log in to their own peloton account and ride!
The facility itself is nicely designed/setup with equipment.
Overall, I enjoy working out there. The machines are probably getting old, but I think most are in good working condition when I get there. Some front staff greet me when I arrive, and say goodbye to me when I leave. Others are glued to their phone the entire time I am there. Here are a few other things that need addressing:
1. Paper towels and disinfectant and not being refilled when empty. There were two people at the front desk a few weeks back (one appeared to be a manager). I asked them if someone could refill the paper towels. Neither one of them addressed the issue while I was there. I was there for an hour.
2. Have someone pickup around the outside of the building and garage first thing when they come on-shift. Lots of trash around!! This would go a long way to enhance the look of the facility, and enticing perspective members. ****THIS IS BIG****
3. Hand sanitized machines sometimes don't work, even though they are not empty.
4. TV's never seem to be working, blank black screens on some
I understand finding people to work can sometimes be difficult. However, the perception is, you are only doing the bare minimum to get by day-to-day. This is fine for the short run, but not the long.
The Women’s showering area at the 132 nd and Center was NOT CLEAN . . . There were things clogging the drains, wads of hair on the shower floors . . , I was grossed out

The facility feels as if it has gotten dirtier and less organized since Genesis took over. Equipment continues to break and takes much longer to be repaired than it used to. It also seems as if the equipment is not receiving maintenance work. Racks aren’t being greased enough (I.e. on both leg press machines) and it’s getting increasingly more difficult to find the equipment needed during workouts. Over all, the facility just seems to be run down. I do not feel my monthly membership cost is justified in the service that is being provided.
The classes and instructors!
The locker room. Is not fully functional yet. Would like to see the steam room, hot tub and sauna running. Curtains on the showers.
As for machines Would like to see a hack squat machine and a standing calf raise machine.
The club (finally) llistened to us and moved us to a court which has some air moving... Courts 1 and 2 are just not playable in the summer due to no air and thus TOO HOT. We asked/complained ab bout this for years but this year we were asked if we would like courts 3 and 4 and we heartily agreed! And are much happier (and cooler). But you need to fix the A/c as no one should play on 1 and 2 in the summer and even in the winter is not comfortable.

Everything has gone downhill since Genesis took over. Equipment is always broken and takes months to repair. This wouldn't bother me so much in a bigger gym, but the midtown Tulsa location is small, and space for multiple machines of the same type just isn't there, so you have to deal with the equipment that you want to use being broken.
It is nauseatingly hot all the time. The main thermostat is set to 70 degrees but always reads around 77-78 degrees (I took a picture for proof). Thus, I am confident that one of the A/Cs is broken.
Overall cleanliness has also gone down. The men's locker room consistently has water everywhere. There is a tag from someone's clothes in the free weight area. That does not gross me out, per se, but it tells me that the floors have not been swept in a while, and it's been there for months.
Everything but the hours on Friday and Saturday nights. I don't drink. SO Fridays and Saturdays for me and lots of people I know that work out there. Want to work out, but sometimes we are stuck at work late and can't or don't have much time to actually get in a workout.
Wish they were open till at least 10pm or 11pm on Fri and Saturdays. I would use this location ALOT more. I rarely come to this location because of the hours.
Facility is run down, and not well maintained.
Also not as clean as it used to be.
I enjoy the classes and the instructors. Angie, Shalen and Danielle's classes are great! I always feel like I get a great workout.
How you deal with billing and communication regarding overcharges related to membership.
Add sinks in the mens locker room.

The hours on the website say the location on mills civic opens up at 0600 on sundays. But me and a few other people waited almost an hour and it never opened.

Personally, now this may just be me, but I don’t enjoy working out in 140 degrees. And on the off chance the HVAC does work, it drips on my face. Cardi B gave some good advice in her song WAP, when she said “bring a bucket and a mop.” The new curl racks are a very nice touch, but we are a little short on benches don’t you think. I already have to carry an industrial grade fan in to keep myself from having a heat stroke, I would prefer to not need to pack a tent and sleeping bag to use while I wait for one of the three benches. I will say, the new walkway out front was a nice touch. When I’m on my bulk I enjoy the option of less cardio. With cardio in mind, how about we remove the 25 ellipticals and add a bench or two. There should not be more treadmills then benches!!! The TV in the locker room is a great touch. I like having the option to watch 3 full movies while I wait for a bench, as previously covered. Finally I was promised a T shirt and that has not been received.
The gym is no longer clean. Last week saw three days in a row with bird poop on the floor in the stretch room and even pointed it out to an employee. Towels are disgusting. Very few white anymore. Seriously considering dropping my membership. Major disappointment since the takeover.
Clean, employees are helpful in addition to being nice. My trainer is the greatest !
Fix the air conditioning on the west side of the gym.
