Overall I really enjoy the club. It would be nice to update a few things in the locker rooms, especially the tile around the show. The dues are great and overall a good club.
I have taken 2 of my neighbors to the pool as guests and they are considering membership for the winter, when we can't swim in the lake.
Wish there was a pool at south. Or a sauna

I really enjoy the classes. The instructors are great. One thing I wish was a reality is more stations for squats and deadlifts. I know it’s a space constraint. It’s just those stations are never open so I end up not being able to incorporate them into my routine which is a bummer. Some Friday evening or Saturday afternoon classes would also be good. More yoga! 2 evening classes per week is not enough for those who work during the day.
it’s difficult to get a smoothie, wish the was open more. I love the 5:45 classes except the Friday morning class. The class isn’t challenging enough
Just kind of a weird set up with not the best equipment. Prefer to go to one of the ones in OP
I actually went to Lifetime for years. I like the layout of Genesis better. I also like all the instructors for the classes. They are great!
my member rate was only $10/month reduced after we cancelled my wife's membership.
men's locker room flooring needs to be cleaned more often and/or replaced.
Showers and locker room is dirty. I've seen the same wad of hair in the shower for more than a week.
Seems like something is always broken and it takes for ever for it to be fixed.
Not sure it’s anything you can actually control (unless you’re giving away teen memberships so cheap that it’s just pulling them in in droves) - i.e. the Planet Fitness effect), but the weight room is always full of teenagers, typically working out in groups hovering around, and it’s hard to get any equipment. One time I was there after work & I counted loosely 70 + people on the two sides. Probably 80% of the people were under 20 years old. Those of us who are older with high-pressure corporate jobs and family life want to get in and out and not have to work around max capacity & a teenage daycare. #GrumpyOldLady :)
Pieces of equipment are always broken (including a cable broken for weeks), showers were broken for a couple days, the gym didn't open one morning this week, free weight plates are scattered so if one person is using the leg press there may not be plates for lat pull or bench press.
A few more swim lanes would be helpful

Fix broken machines and fix the locker doors in the men's locker room.

Doesnt compare to other genesis locations you have. Closest to my house unfortunately. Might move to lifetime even with the extra costs.
It's clean, staff are friendly and helpful, trainers know their jobs, and you keep up on maintenance, facilty and equipment.

Clean gym environment
Everyone is friendly and works to make everyone happy. The tennis pros are very knowledgeable. My trainer in the gym has helped me so much. Cleanliness of the facility is a priority.
Availability of gym, not overcrowded. Facilities in general are not overcrowded. That's good.
Availability of disinfectant and towels for keeping a healthy disease free workout facility.
Desk staff are helpful when needed and friendly.
Parking is good.
Swimming pool temp is good - when it's working.
The cardio equipment at the Ward Parkway location is in need of repair. Many of the elliptical machines have wobbly feet and are missing their hand grips.
Upbeat environment !
Work orders to fix some machinery takes longer. Outdated machinery makes each genesis location inconsistent.
I don’t need crowded gym
Longer hours. Closing at 8 PM on Friday is way too early.
There are many older men that solely have memberships to “cruise” the locker rooms and it creeps me out. I simply skip using them because I am not comfortable undressing with them trying to watch me.
