The air upstairs doesn’t seem to pump out cold air. On humid days there’s a layer of condensation on the floor and some equipment, I’ve actually slipped while working out because it’s so bad. The steamroom doesn’t seem to ever work. I tried going to 132nd to use their amenities and happens to forget my lock this one time and some creeper tried stealing my underwear. I hate to be the old man shaking his fist but this kind of stuff never happened when it was PLF. The genesis leadership doesn’t seem to care much at 132nd about anything. But Andrew at midtown is super great, but I also realize there’s only so much he can do.

Clean gym.
the people and gym upstairs is nice. The locker room is horrible. The showers and bathrooms are not clean at all. Why can't you have shower curtains?

The equipment takes forever to get fixed. The stair steppers were broken for almost 3 months. In addition, you promote the rules but they are never enforced. The high schoolers congregate together where the weights are and make it hard to get a workout done.
I had not been to the club in a very long time, because the last time the hot tub and steam rooms were not working and most of the womens showers don't work either.
This time the indoor pool was green, again no steam room and none of the womens shower have been fixed. The club need to be updated and I don't thing I am going to keep my membership. Debbie Last name removed
The outside tennis courts are in poor condition. When I came for a USTA Match the other day the courts were filthy.
Joy does a great job keeping up with everything when she is working.
Please remind guests if they are going to chew gym while working out to keep it in their mouth.

Facility and equipment are old and run down. AV system in cardio room is awful.
Cable news had been turn off which I understood however now Fox News is available but not CNN or MSNBC. This really bothers me and I pay enough in membership to have access to all news outlets. I find it extremely disturbing.
The locker rooms and sauna are always dirty, the wooden slats need refinishing, and light bulbs are always out. Shower stalls are rarely cleaned, could be upgrade with shampoo, conditioner. Club air conditioning is super cold and makes it hard to warm up, work out and get a good sweat in. Since genesis took over the club app doesn’t work to sign in, book classes/pool time so you have to bring your keys.
The club does not seem to be managed as well as it used to be. I applaud the fact that you have hired so many younger people, however, I believe they need more oversight. When I come in early in the morning I expect there to be towels and spray bottles at the front desk. The other morning I arrived around 8:35 a.m. and there were 3 employees at the front desk chatting amongst themselves with hardly any towels available and no spray bottles ready for members. There were not that many people in the gym at that time and most of they did not have spray bottles so I cannot believe it was a matter of all of the spray bottles being used at that time. At least one of the employees should have been filling bottles so they will be ready for members. If there has been a problem with either the washer or dryer please let members know. Otherwise, whoever has shown up for work should be monitoring that towels are being washed and dried. Most of the time you only need 1 person at the check in desk. I am starting to think that you need to hire a professional cleaning company to come in after hours to clean the floors, showers and bathrooms, glass, make sure all of the towels are washed and ready to go in the morning, and fill the spray bottles. The floors in both Studios 1 and 2 should be mopped more often.
When the renovations do take place, it would be great if more showers could be installed in the ladies locker room. Either that or have the swim classes start earlier so there will be showers available once the swim classes are finished.
Hope to see some improvements soon.
Too many treadmills out of service including tv and sound . Too slow to fix equipment.

Tennis courts are unbearably hot on some days. Even if the AC is not on some air movement in the way of fans would be welcome.
Some of the weight lifting equipment was moved in front of the fire escape door on the west wall. Also makes it more difficult to get to the fire extinguisher in that corner.
Some of the equipment has been broken a long time. Be nice to see it fixed. Especially a leg thing on the second floor. Sorry can not remember the name of the equipment.
The ladies restroom upstairs on the north, has a terrible sewer smell. One of the toilets has been shut for many months and would nice to see it repaired.

I like the new indoor track, but I wish you had not banked the edges. Would have been so easy to level the surface. Also, a lot of wasted middle space with those atriums, so it seems more crowded upstairs. Can you bring back some evening classes as 5:30 is too early for many of us that work days
Cleanliness of the club. Mirrors in upstairs aerobic studio, have been awful for weeks.
Front desk people are rarely welcoming. They are talking to each other or on their phones.
I belong to other clubs, where they welcome you by name.
Cleanliness and keeping temp cooler
During pandemic we continued to pay monthly dues while you were closed in exchange for a credit on account to be used at bar/restaurant.
Tried to use twice and employees tell us we don’t have credit ad have to talk to membership. Membership said I had to take to management. Think credit was in $150. Nice bait and switch to offer a credit to keep your cash flow rolling and then not honor it is pretty shady.
Club is dirty. Women's shower no doors and dirty. Hottub not working.

The setup, Pilates and swim aerobics. Would like to have more towels.
