The upkeep of the club is lacking and could be better. The showers in the locker room need new shower heads and to be sealed around gaskets at head and valves. One shower has been broken and closed for months. Also baskets or shelves in showers are rusted, broken or missing and showers have rust stains, need a good cleaning and rerouting. Also vents and covers need cleaning as some are completely packed and covered in locker room so air flow is little or minimum. Carpet could also use a good cleaning as very musty.
The fitness floor and equipment is pretty good but not repaired and maintained in a very timely manner. Also the cardio equipment is pretty dirty especially around pedal areas. A good monthly cleaning would be great. Also paper towels and toilet paper are often out or very low along with sanitizer. It does not seem like much effort to keep up and maintain the club.
I know building new clubs is great but I would love to see this one maintained. Also the cardio theater area could most likely be put to better use as maybe a cross training / boxing studio or some other type of different workout equipment.

Some of the trainers and staff are very rude at this location. Not friendly.
This location is okay for a quick workout, but it is in need of an upgrade or change in location. It is obviously not being invested in as the carpet is very dirty in places and the machines are old. There is one leg extension machine total in the building and it’s always in use. Luckily, there are other locations in the area to use, but this one is closest to my house in Parkville and it would be nice to use it more often vs drive further to another one.
Body Pump classes! Early morning classes, 5:15 preferably. The instructors are awesome! Mary H, Shelly, Jesse, Pam K, Carrie, Laura and Nicole are great instructors!
Fix or replace equipment when it is broken. Even small things. I usually play basketball there and the nets were, for a long time, always ripped or missing.
Gym is understaffed... Locker rooms are dirty, sauna has dead bugs and floors look like they haven't been cleaned. Steam room seems to be consistently broken.
The warm pool doesn’t always work. The showers are gross and don’t always work in the family rooms right now, and the pool area is full of rust. If I didn’t want the warm pool at all, I wouldn’t have rejoined!
Benches are bolted to the floor. Not enough room in the free weight area
Location, amenities, classes
Instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment is varied and good quality.
The sauna is always out of order. Never gets fixed.
Ample space for circuit training, great selection of free weights, and the 132nd & Center location's free weight area is encircled by an indoor track, which provides a completely different dynamic to the traditional weight lifting workout.
Highly recommend!

General buliding & equipment maintenance is extremely lacking.
I’ve had VG experiences with Pilates private lessons. Club is clean, staff are friendly.
Great club, clean, and a lot of machines
Lower pool temperature; low 80s to high 70s preferably for lap swimming uses
There’s a couple pieces of equipment that have been out of service since I started coming here. The cable machines are out dated and need maintenance frequently, barbels need oiled/ replaced, ripped benches, men’s restrooms have plumbing issues ie; low water pressure, constantly backed up toilet. At one point the handicap stall was clogged with toilet paper pouring out of it for over a week, meanwhile employees walked in and out of it everyday that entire week while it was blatantly ignored. Not trying to be a Karen but proper maintenance is not up to par at this gym.
Clean and many options.
There's been multiple times there hasn't been any toilet paper in the bathrooms.
The level of maturity of the other members in the am.

I can do heavy sets without being told to stop or setting of a link alarm.
I feel that the appearance and upkeep of the Hickman club is obviously at the bottom of management and the owner's list. I understand it is an older building, but with the amount of people who attend the Hickman location and the resulting membership fees should be adequate in getting a roof fixed so it doesn't leak every time it rains, or at least filling the women's gym with more than just cast off equipment. I would absolutely recommend the personal trainers I had as that experience was great. Staff are kind and helpful, greeting me by name most mornings. If the location wasn't so close to my home, I would use a different location.
The class instructors are friendly and encouraging.
Cleanliness of the equipment and workout areas. The locker rooms and bath rooms need cleaning throughout the day and evening. A one time cleaning does not keep up sanitary conditions. A recycling program where you have collection sites throughout the gym. The amount of plastic bottles discarded is significant. For the last two days there has been a dead mouse in a glue trap on the sidewalk on the north side of the building. Trash pickup outside the building is necessary. Regular upgrades for the weight equipment.
Better clocks around the facility
Too expensive for what you offer, previous owner managed better.
My kid tried to have a couple of guests over for the first time (we have been members for years) and they charged them.
The mats in Fort Collins Club are old and smell really bad.

Have a staff member check lockers more often. Some people keep them empty and locked to use the same one daily.
