Better HVAC control. Showers have been under construction forever.
It's convenient and I really enjoy the classes. I also have the BEST personal trainer, Jared Kastner!
The pool, the ladies room with the TV and the staff is friendly.
Compared to other genesis locations, Cass street lacks sone amenities. Also the pool is not as clean at either 84th and Q or Westroads.

Improve ladies shower area
I am known when I walk into the door. Equipment was just what I was looking for. Love the dry sauna. Facility is always clean and never crowded.
Update equipment mainly. It would be nice to have 1-2 additional stairmaster machines. Extend hours on the weekends to be open a little later than 6 pm like they used to be prior to Covid.

I like the size of all the different fitness areas and the variety of options that are available. Friendly staff, easy to become a member, check in process each day is easy and quick.

Genesis has been great to deal with our membership changes and also the quality of their clubs is above and beyond.

The pool and hot tub are cleaner than they've been in a long time. Thank you. But the jets in the hot tub have not been working for weeks.
The tennis balls in the basket for drills are so bad that it hurt my elbow to hit them.
Several times in the last two weeks there have not been any towels in the women's locker room for showers.
I like the quality and quantity of the equipment, I never feel like I’m waiting around for anything.

Offer best deals to your loyal customers. Promos for rates lower than I have been paying for years is frustrating.

This locations speedy with repairs and towels.
New showers and towels always available.
Offer better childcare hours on the weekends. Childcare used to be available on Sundays and once it opened back up after remodel it was no longer available. So I have to drive to another location that offers childcare.
