Maintenance and cleanliness have always been my issue with Genesis. I understand that the new update to the locker rooms will alleviate the mold and other issues that I reported previously.
Just today, I noticed for the 1000th time, yellow mold around the gym floor drinking fountain spout. When I see it, I clean as well as I can with a towel, but really needs a disinfectant to be cleaned correctly.
Additionally, I am hoping that the lighting in the racquetball courts will either be improved OR that the very least burned-out light bulbs replaced.

**Great improvement in new open room on main floor**
The cycle bikes are uncomfortable and falling apart. The air conditioning never works. There is only 1 evening group power class and it’s packed.
I love that fact that I'm able 2 go 24 hours because my work schedule rotates! But there 2 things that need attention & that's there are a few none working shower 🚿, the barbells need the rubber around the bar 🏋♂️so that it doesn't hurt to have the metal on my neck. If U can get a few of those @ all the location's.
Costs too much
Maintenance on cardio machines as well as several other items that are out of order. The stationary bikes in the third row all have pedaling issues but one. Seems they need to be totally broke before they are worked on.
I live close to the gym. It has a pool. It has Silver Sneakers.
I really miss the sauna. It was great and I hate that you guys no longer have one.

The gym equipment needs to be updated and an additional squat rack is needed.
Lots of equipment and wide variety of hours.
Better towels, maintain the locker room. There are currently several lockers with no doors. It's been that way for weeks. The mirror in the women's wet area is scary.
Love the Silver Sneaker class. Monica keeps us moving!
I like pilates with Vanessa and water fitness with Vanessa. She is the best instructor I have taken classes ftom. Very patient and knowledgeable.
Fix broken equipment.
I still want the staff to schedule a different movie each day for a month and then put the schedule on the wall outside the cardio theater. It's little things like that which go a long ways towards letting the gym goers know that ownership cares about their experience.
Not all equipment is in working order, short parking validation.

Thankful for the Gentle classes for those of us with health issues that can't do " Flow " classes.l
Equipment in disrepair, air conditioning doesn’t work in most of the building and lack of group fitness classes offered. I’ve been a member of the club for 15 years and nothing is ever done to improve the facility. We are charged an annual maintenance fee that continues to go up and it appears it’s just going to waste because it’s obviously not being used. The only thing that keeps us from canceling our membership is the distance of the gym from my home. It’s a poorly run club that clearly isn’t a concern of the owners.

Back extension machine electronic components do not work and some of the padding needs to be replaced on others
Clean and bright, machine disinfectant readily available. Plenty of machines, with a large variety to choose from. Steam room & pool areas are very accessible.
The late hours during the week.
Working out in a positive environment.

Lap lane reservations available for the fitness pool. The SMARTEST policy in town!
