Build a basketball court
Went at opening today. No one there to open. This has happened in the past. Needs some thorough cleaning especially showers and locket room

I get asked to fill out surveys for Genesis several times a year but never see progress made. None of my comments or suggestions are ever acted upon. These are very common concerns among all members. I hear the same common gripes and complaints when I'm there.
Instructors are excellent and handle classes well. Facilities are good. Classes are at convenient times. Parking is good.
I do not like the yearly fee. Mask enforcement was lax early on too but it has gotten much better so thanks for improving on that front.
The staff have always been great! Cleanliness of the gym.

You are not enforcing the wearing of masks well at all at your South location.
Miramont south has done an excellent job of covid guidelines. I feel comfortable with the cleaning, staff, and barriers that were erected. With the weather making it difficult to get outside it’s important that the club gives us opportunities to work out.
I am now working out at Genesis Centerra and love it. I have gotten to know the staff and many people who work out there. Its great! I was at the Fort Collins Club for almost 30 years. The Fort Collins Club was special as a “second home” to friends and families that grew up together there. Now it is just another cookie cutter 24 hour fitness type environment and thats why so many long time members have left.
I like the facility and equipment, but this is the worst managed business I have ever seen. The gym is filthy. I was embarrassed to have a guest because the gym is so dirty. Basic cleaning other than occasional vacuuming and cleaning the mirrors is not done. The majority of the trainers are arrogant and lazy. Hardly ever see them unless they are with a client. When you do see them, they are sitting in the trainers office area (without a mask) talking to each other or on their cell phones. They should be out on the gym floor helping re-rack equipment, interacting with people, and doing basic cleaning. They could generate a lot of goodwill for the club, but instead they sit in their office.
Still waiting 2 years later for the hot tub to work.
The pool has been cold for the last couple of weeks. Please raise the temperature. Also, several of the showers in the women's area need attention. There are torn curtains, low water pressure, broken shower head, etc.
The Club is kept up to date with equipment.

The lack of a swimming pool is the biggest problem, price of trainers and gym fees is another. Many of my friends go to other gyms for those reasons. Having trainers is a big attraction. The tennis court is a positive but the lack of a pool is the main issue.

It would be nice to have the new facility up and running, but the temporary one is fine in the interim. It does get very cold/warm depending on the weather outside, especially in the back weight area

The machines and the showers are not always clean. Especially at this time, I think twice before going to work out at the gym. With weather permitting, it is easier for me to run and not worry about catching the virus.
I would say 2 things to be improved: 1. Cleanliness of the building 2. Machines - that seem to take a long time before they are fixed or may have a part that is missing
I like going to genesis for its track for walking and the friendly staff.
