Friendly staff. Nice club.
Love the staff, equipment needs some updating but love the atmosphere and people.
Fix the toilets in the bathroom. Or/and provide toilet seat covers.
It will help when we get air conditioning in the Pilates, cycling, etc. rooms.
Also, I was very disappointed that the track shrank in the remodel.
Finally, I feel the treadmills, ellipticals, etc. are too close together. Maybe take out 1/4 of them and space them a bit farther apart

The showers are an absolute disaster and the overall cleanliness is poor at best. I have been a member for over 20 years, most likely paying higher dues than many who were grandfathered in from other clubs and now my services are a fraction of what they use to be. Despite being next to my house, if it wasn’t for the racquetball, I would most likely leave. I do utilize the weight area routinely as well but could find much less expensive options if that was my only focus.
Pool area needs updates (new chairs, new pool noodles). And another leg extension and hamstring curl machine upstairs would be very appreciated.
But personal training services are amazing! Devin is a fantastic trainer. And the changes to the front desk with a new manager has greatly improved the front desk! It's clean and very inviting now :)
My friends can’t afford it.
The pools are in need of improvement. The outdoor pool has a ladder with only 1 step, 2 steps are missing. The chaises are broken and stacked willy nilly. Not very attractive. New chaises are needed. The indoor pool ventilation system is rusting and missing parts. There are never enough towels.
It's pricey. I'm surprised at what wasn't improved upon from the renovations that happened pre-pandemic. So many missed opportunities and things are still breaking, leaking, and carpets in hallways are literally soaked! It feels cheap, in contrast with the expensive price tag to get in the door. I think that Genesis is focused on getting the most $$ out of each client, rather than truly focusing on the person's health. The "Personal Fitness Assessment" was a shameless sales ploy and made me very uncomfortable and was not a good way to start out as I rejoined the gym.
LOTS OF MAINTENANCE NEEDED NOW!
Desperately need extensive cleaning or replacement of carpet by the free weights. Filthy
The weight markers on worn off on most equipment (an easy fix) and it seems like half the cables are out of commission on the devices near the group workout space.
I love the steam room. Please bring back the sauna!!!

I have been a member of Genesis for 6 years now. Great Club however please find few suggestions below:
1. Lockers need cleaning more often. I would like to bring friends however dirty floors are discouraging.
2. There is a lack of 10lbs, 12 lbs and 15 lbs weights in Studio upstairs. Several people in the class need to borrow weight from other areas and take them back after class. Therefore other areas are lacking weights as well.
3. Occasional lack of towels is unacceptable when you can see staff being busy chatting in the front desk. Bins with dirty towels are overfilled constantly.
Great club, great instructors providing excellent classes.

Fix or replace the heater in the outdoor pool! Hasn't worked properly most of the summer. There are still some great days for outdoor water exercise classes but water is too cold.
For future budget considerations
1. a set of stairs for the outdoor pool. Many of the older members have difficulty with the ladders.
2. Don't forget to include lifeguards in your budget for next year. Thank you.

How many locations you have, the pool, the people are very friendly. Locations.
Great atmosphere and machines, friendly staff.
The place is dirty. I use the spin room for classes and the floor is dirty. I also take the water classes and towels are sometimes hard to come by. The women’s bathrooms has a toilet stall that has had a broken lock for months. Some of the shower stalls don’t work well. Shall I go on???
