We have been members at the club for 8 years. The staff has always been friendly and greets you with a smile on their face. The facilities are great with anything you need for an amazing work out.
A lot of the equipment is in need of repair/replacement. A majority of cushions and benches are cracking or in need of total replacement.

How much equipment there is
For the most part the clubs are great. Cleanliness is always an issue at the older locations but that doesn't hinder my workouts.
If I could ask for one thing, Staff name tags. I enjoy calling staff by their names and this would be so helpful.
cleanliness of entire facility, not just the lobby. More than just picking up misplaced weights, actually cleaning the dirt and dust buildup, cleaning gum off equipment, etc...
My only request is better temperature control upstairs. The main room with everything is always extremely hot. Otherwise, I love this gym and it is has been great.
trivial - but make sure there are always towels available...sometimes they are out.

A good thing would be to have more electrical outlet. Besides that, everything is great the way it is
The hot tub has never worked properly, it's not quite hot enough and the jets are weak and do not put out enough pressure.
Additionally, I am a full member but not allowed to use the south Genesis gym, I feel that a member should be able to use all three gyms.
TV's on Treadmills (on North side facing windows) rarely work. Stations are fussy and not connected to cable or satellite. Let staff know about this several times and still no improvement to eagerness to fix them.
Seems dirty. Will notice trash and items left in the sauna room in the exact same place for over a week. I know it's not being cleaned.
I love the openness and how bright it is. There’s also plenty of space and machines. There really isn’t much I don’t like besides the parking and the price. Parking here can be extremely frustrating during games. Otherwise I love Genesis.
Finish the locker room remodel. Get the heating and cooling better regulated from floor to floor and room to room.
Clean the fireplace glass in the main reception room. it is unsightly and everyone sees it everyday. Some "softscrub" on the inside of the glass will remove the buildup. When I asked about 5 months ago, I was told "they have someone coming out to fix it". Make it look presentable until you remove it or improve it.
I attend the 8:80 workout class M,T, Thurs and Friday. there is Not a Wed option. offer something other than cycling to go to.
Offer Boxing gloves (rent, loan or buy) for your Thursday evening boxing class.
My wife belongs another fitness center (town center) because of the bar workout classes they offer there. If you have a similar offering I don't know about it.
A lot of the machines are always broken, and it’s not as nice compared to all the other genesises. I drive to one 30 minutes away just for the better equipment.
Generally speaking, cleanliness is great, but on weekends the locker rooms can get a little dirty. Also, equipment can go for a few weeks before being repaired.
Staff are great! Group classes could be better quality.

I love the classes! Group Power and barre are my favorite! The instructors are awesome!

Unreliability of facility. No towels, hot tub down, sauna down, no running water.... These are some reasons I wouldn't recommend this site.
Equipment is falling apart, the gym is tired and lights don’t always work. The price is too high for the gym, it’s overpriced. The parking lot is full of potholes. The staff is the only good thing at the club. Half the time the HVAC doesn’t work or the music is broken. I also think working out with 100s of kids at summer camp is not my idea of a good time.
Taking years to refresh the club is a joke. Close the club remodel and reopen. Finally today I see people actually cleaning inside the gym and locker room. I’d love lower prices, and a refreshed inside and outside of the club. Family and couple discounts should apply. Other clubs get guest passes each month, we get 2-3 once.
The steam room is always broken
Very nice gym with nice people! And I have a great personal trainer as well!
The variety of classes, the clean and safe facilities, and the friendly staff.
You need some updates. In the men's locker room there have been 4 working showers for a couple of months. Anytime it rains there are buckets sitting around upstairs because the roof is leaking.
