Prices are excessive for what’s available, especially for those of lower income and those only able to access a couple times a week at best.
Have a trainer that has been rude to me on several occasions won’t go to any of her classes. Her name is Angela I don’t attend any of her classes which cheats me complained and nothing was done they acted like it was me. The other instructors have been really good
Classes and equipment are great.
I love the fact you can go work out without being judged you actually have trainers there who will train you and the community is fantastic I can go up to someone and ask for help on how to use the machine and they will help you I knew what most of the device was but like yesterday on 10/4/2022, this guy said hey want to stretch with me and I joined him so we can get a stretch in before the workout and I thought dam that's awesome.
Most of the cardio machines are broken, towels are often unavailable, and often the opener on Tuesdays doesn’t arrive on time.
Have staff walk floor and put away equipment/clean.
Most of the equipment is from 2011. Time for an update. The mens steam room is always down. There should be an area for functional training like all the other Genesis’. There should be resistance bands available and more than 1 or 2 foam rollers, that can never be found when you need them. I could keep going but I think you get the point. People, including me, still choose Genesis LV because of the lack of choices in town.
Everything, everyone is nice

Just finish the construction some days it feels like nothing has happened in months

Fixing equipment
Childcare. It doesn’t seem like you follow state standards for adult to child ratio and it makes me nervous leaving my baby with one adult when there are 7 other kids in there.
Make clean up spray bottles more available and working. Stock towels in the group fitness studios rather than having members request from from desk or trainer having to go to the laundry room. Be more responsive to changes in member plans. I asked someone to take off my daughter and was assured it would happen. Still haven't received refund for one month on the add-on family member who was supposed to be taken off.
Open space and clean environment
I believe you are working on the improvements that were needed.
Include at least a child care in the cost of the premium membership.

Haven't been to westroads location in a while but last time I was there it was cool. People friendly. Open area. Good vibes
So many things...
I enjoy how close it is to home and work. I like how big the facility is. I never feel like it's overcrowded. The staff is all friendly and I am really enjoying my training with Alex Hamilton. I just wish I had more hours in the day!
I appreciate the efforts of the maintenance crew to keep the club clean.
I like the convenience. It’s located across the street from my office. I also like the training room to be able to lift weights in a smaller setting and away from others.
I love the pool. Swimming is my thing. The shower area is always satisfactory and having soaps are very nice as well as hair dryers. I wish there were changing stalls. Staff is friendly and weight area clean and equipment is great.
I am not sure why Genesis (specifically 132nd Center) continues to ask for feedback or suggestions....nothing ever gets done & your management doesn't listen to the customer.
Fix the steam room.
Make sure personal trainer don't pressure members, belittle them, or make it seem they will fail if you don't buy their overly priced training sessions.
This location is conveniently located and clean.
I would like to see improvement in the Kids Club. There are very few toys/ games for them to play and staff haven't been the friendliest or most engaging.
The renovations are decent, but there are still things that have not been fixed and the club is still very dirty. I use several different locations and the underlying theme is that they are not cleaned well. Look at the ceiling fans look at the air ducts look at the collection of dust underneath machines.
