Most of the equipment is old or damage, the bathroom stalls are always dirty or unserviceable. To be an expensive membership they should have someone taking care of the maintenance of the equipments and facilities.

Too many local folks have complaint. Facilities could clean more but attention to detail is needed tho, like dusting tops of lockers and fans in the classrooms.
It costs too much. I am disappointed in lack of yoga classes. I attended classes at Gateway and 70th & A. They both are too intensive for seniors. The chair yoga is a joke. I wish Silver Sneakers was earlier in the morning. The timing ruins half the day. Silver Sneakers instructor spend too much time asking how we feel and wanting us to pick out the next exercise.

Seems like it takes a lot of time to get things fixed. No one checks the basketballs, only one that’s usable of the 5 in the gym. A lot of times the toilets are disgusting/non usable. Paper towel machines are sometimes out, seems like they should be checked every few hours at least.
It’s in major need of an upgrade compared to some of the other genesis facilities in the metro area
It's taking to long to get the Showers, Steam Room and downstairs men's locker room completed. Now the machine for spinning the swim suits dry is also out of order. These are the things that make Genesis more appealing then the other local gyms. It is also more expensive then the others but now we get less than the others. At least there you can shower!
I love the pool, swim lessons for my daughter, the hot tub and sauna. I really enjoyed the personal training sessions and the variety of equipment and classes. There's something for everyone in my family.
Friendly, clean, offers classes and trainers available! Easy access and handy to get to! Very nice atmosphere!
Too crowded. Men's shower area and locker room is a mess
Trainers and employees help you with a smile and with an honest caring attitude. They keep it clean. They have a lot of mirrors so you can watch yourself and see how your doing.
Every one from the entry counter people to trainers and management are top notch. Beginners and first time users of a gym need not be worried.

When I joined I was told the lap pool temp was 80-82 degrees by Chris at the Club on 110th and Metcalf. (82 is the high end for lap swimming pools https://www.livestrong.com/article/480585-temperature-requirements-for-a-competitive-swimming-pool/). Now the temperature is 84 at a minimum. Last weekend it was 86. This poses a risk for heat-related illness. I have asked numerous times about this and either get no reply or am told that nothing will be done about it. I understand that people who do water aerobics prefer a warmer temp - probably around 86. Why can't the temperature be a "happy medium" at 82? The only reason I joined the club was to swim, and now I am looking at other options so I can swim laps at a safe temperature.

Wide amount of things I can do when just lifting gets boring
Very glad the gym is being renovated, it had gotten very run down. Hoping once renovations are complete the maintenance and upkeep will be consistent.
Stop adding extra BS charges. You're already the most expensive healthclub around.
Swimming pool!
Consistent workout classes, consistent instructors, cleanliness of the club – I would not use the bathroom there ever, proper ventilation and HVAC system. Also proper maintenance of the pool.

I love the water fitness program and have been a member for almost 10 years because of it! However the archaic equipment ei. broken water heater, broken dehumidifier in the indoor pool, etc are frustrating. The pools are actually in need of repair. The 2 single bathrooms by the pool are in need of a good cleaning and updating. I hope some attention and money will be planned soon.
I would prefer more group classes. I also feel that the club is generally not clean, especially the yoga room. Additionally, I don't feel like there has been any maintenance or upkeep for the property in general as there are stains that have been on the ceilings and carpet for the last year.
Gym equipment maintained fairly well. Employees are friendly and courteous. Very nice that they have cleaning supplies for all users to clean up equipment after/before using the gym equipment. Definitely maintain that.
Males bathroom have improved from what it was a month or two ago but they can definitely use being cleaned every few hours to keep fairly clean.
Cleanliness, friendly staff. I worked with a personal trainer who was very helpful.
Keep maintenance up and imporve teh AAT class times in the moring.
The exercise machines ( bikes, elipticals ) are dated and beat up. The TV's don't always work.
The equipment is worn and the sauna is very dirty
