I am a 25 year member on auto pay. I came into the club earlier this month and I was told that my card was no good. The front desk kept my card but let me use the gym while he looked into it. When I left I stopped to see if they had figured out the problem. A person from membership with a tablet told me that I had cancelled my membership. I assured him that I had not cancelled my membership and said there must be a mistake in their system. He basically didn’t believe me. He told me “well we’ll see!, essentially accusing me of lying. I was and am still offended by that interaction. A day or two later the club manager called me to say they had found the problem that there was a mix up in the billing from a club in a different state and that my membership would be restored. That’s fine, but I am still offended that odd and disappointing interaction with the membership employee. I feel different about the club than I did last month.
Many different workout stations for a variety of exercises. The place is clean and the staff is friendly!
Facility is outdated compared to the local gyms around. Overall, the staff and everyone is wonderful.

Classes, could improve the womens bathroom. Needs to be updated.
The randomness of towel availability is not good… especially given the fact that I attend gym during my lunch break. Heading back to work smelling like a wet dog is not good for my coworkers!
Love the equipment, members, and staff though.
It’s always clean! I also like the variety of workout equipment and how everything is spread out so you’re not working out on top of the person next to you.

Was never told about locker policy so kept spare clothes and raquetball equipment there. Came back and it had all been taken out and was not able to get the items back.
When i enrolled, i was supposed to get $500 in free services. Selected the services i wanted with the person enrolling me but when i tried to redeem at a later time i apparently didnt know the right process. Rep told me i had to do a personal training session and set up in portal to use- and since i didnt the services would not be able to be redeemed. That was never communicated to me either.
Both issues were handled like
sorry bout ya not my problem with zero effort to make it right and trying to pass the blame. Everyone was "new" that i talked to when i brought up the issues and didnt offer any further explanation or person i could speak with.
Earlier group class session like back in the day. 4:00 pm was a winner for me. This worked out perfectly with my schedule straight from work to workout.
No excuses to why I didn't show up (stopped at home). Now class start later and later into the evenings
high cost, rock wall unavailable, outdoor pool is green a majority of the time
Not so many breakdowns. Repair them QUICKLY. New towels that dry. Fans in locker rooms.
The pools, nice staff and locker rooms.
Tread mills are often broken. TV’s also broken. The facility is old and the bathrooms are outdated. There are lots of other options, you don’t compete any more.
Lately gym is too crowded and too hot . . especially the cardio room

Equipment and Sauna repair - mens showers also drain slowly - shower heads and faucets also need replacement.
Fix the showers….put some kind of water temperature regulator in….other than that everything is great ….
There has been equipment that is broken and it seems like it takes months and months and months to fix.
Tennis clinic schedules are not easy to find.

Regarding south location:
Overpriced for what it’s lacking. The machines are outdated. AC doesn’t work, bathroom stalls usually smell and floors unclean. Shower stalks outdady…gym is otdated-even ceilings and paint.Hand towels in gym are usually not available
Bathrooms are sometimes dirty, toilets go unrepaired for days. Pool closed for maintenance without advance notice.
