The instructors and staff are great! The facility is not so much. There is so much that is broken - equipment, and more importantly HVAC. There was no heat for at least 2+ weeks this winter. Once it was repaired, we were told that the repairs would address the lack of AC that we had been experiencing in the summer. The first 2 weeks of May there was no AC and the manager went out and bought box fans to try to help cool the group exercise rooms. It was finally repaired, and then 2 weeks later stopped working again. When we question what is going on, we get answers like "we only rent the space. We're trying to work with the lessor" or "We don't know anything" or "the HVAC just can't handle the demands the humidity is putting on it". All while nothing has been fixed. Instead, we have a series of "home use" fans connected by a series of extension cords that are supposed to help keep clients cool and comfortable. The fact that there is no circulating air is an issue along with the safety concerns of how things are rigged together. I really feel that there is no concern about the conditions of the MidTown Crossing Location.
Men's locker room is in poor condition. Four of Six sinks are unusable. Urnal hasn't been repaired. Towel service is poor. Some of weight machines need maintanance. Light out in shower stall.
Still love the variety of free weights and machine's along with treadmills to complete my workout.
Cleanliness, fitness equipment and friendliness of staff.
The remodel on my club (old Cheney) is taking far too long. I am in the construction world and the staffing of this project seems inadequate. Again, I don't know the circumstances, and Im sure there are many. The location has become very hard for me to use due to construction, broken equipment, broken saunas, dirty floors, etc.
I have however started using Prairie Life location to substitute.
I believe once completed Old Cheney will be nice, just a mess currently.

Ladies locker room, parking lot, cleanliness of facility.
Women's locker is hot and very humid. The towels, sweat towels and cleaning rags appear to repel water and moisture and not aborb like they use to.
Broken equipment that is not tagged out or fixed promptly. Poor conditions of the facilities in general. Poor to non-existent COVID precautions. Good trainers are the only reason you got a one instead of a zero..
They have everything you need in a gym from equipment, to friendly staff to well qualified trainers.
A lot of the pulley machines were missing clips for attachments. So a good number of the machines could not be used
Please provide the names of class instructors—particularly for the water classes. Of course occasional substitutes are necessary to cover classes, but it shouldn’t be difficult to provide the names of the general instructors. Also, please vet the instructors. A few should NOT be teaching. They lack the skill and stamina. Management, please observe all instructors periodically. I am considering changing gyms because of this lack of oversight.
Improve the locker rooms (Clean and update) and regulate the swimming pool (temperature and cloudiness).
Please keep this place clean and working. Yes, it's old. It's getting really run down looking...and the crowds of kids and careless members don't help- worse in summer very unfortunate. Sometimes just trashed in locker room-
I'm a swimmer and I need a pool like a fish needs water. PLEASE Keep locker room fresh and clean- tho it's old...drains clogged with hair, dirty toilets,-ugh....
AND YOU STOPPED HEATING RIDGEVIEW...what's up with that? LOVED THAT POOL...Took great care of the water a year ago...then stopped heating the lap pool. I had new members out there lined up to join cuz Im a realtor and sell out there- but the pool become ice water (INDOOR LAP POOL) and I started back to North OP. The water is heated...jez. Told my clients and friends that pool at Ridgeview was ice water...so, they went to LIFETIME and Lenexa Rec Center where they heat the pools in the WINTER!

Clean, spacious, and lots of equipment so very little wait time in my experience. I haven't attended a class of any kind yet, but have heard great things from friends that are also members, so i will do that soon enough.
I like the variety of classes, the trainers, staff and the space at the studio South Tulsa which was former Skyfit. I like this studio the most. Then midtown. I don't like the other Genesis studios. They don't provide the same.
I don't like that some older members pay less than the new members. And being charged some extra charge once a year.
The club needs major work that staff continues to say is coming yet still hasn’t. Pool smells and is dirty inside and out. Rust everywhere. The carpeted areas are worn and disgusting especially in kids club and hallway. The air conditioning problem is a joke. I would love to invite friends to try it out but it’s embarrassing. It’s a so called top tier club? Not so much.
Why we stay? CrossFit, group fitness instructors, childcare staff. Now that the promised Reno still hasn’t happened, we are going to explore other gyms in the area.

Please invest in some new towels. They are gray and worn out.
The jacuzzi and inconsistent in temperature. The last few times I've tried to use it it's been just Luke warm. There was a sign posted that it was in the process of warming but it was like that for several days.
The men's steam room lately has been set way too hot and have heard many complaints about it. However it was recently dialed back a couple of days ago and it's much better.

Club is FILTHY! Equipment broken ! Pins have been missing from machines FOREVER!! Remodeling has been promised for more than a year now but has yet to start!!
Trim trees around the back of the outdoor courts they are getting hazardous and in the parking lot near the outer edges. Better cleaning in the showers, consistent temperatures in the pools, repair cracks in the outdoor courts. Have a talk with membership I've asked a couple times for someone to call me about adding my son and no one responds and no one is on staff when I get there to help me. Ridiculous.
Same items as I have wrote every time-no action from management.
Turn the temp down - the gym has been a bit toasty this summer!
Need capex investment for outdated weight room equipment
Fix or get new elliptical machines- most of them don’t record your heart rate, making some of the programs unworkable. Need some new recumbent bikes- some of the elliptical machines could be eliminated to make room for the bikes.
I do appreciate the opening staff member who works on Saturdays- she is always pleasant and stays busy.
Nice facility. Easy to get in and out and do my workouts.

Mike is an amazing trainer and is always sensitive to your needs. People are very friendly, always helpful and kind. It's a great place to work out! I highly recommend it!
Please fix / refill hand sanitizer dispensers - multiple ones are either empty or not working.
Change hours and stay open until 11 pm on Mondays - Thursdays.
