Clean, updated and staff are pleasant.
The tennis program doesn’t communicate. It’s the same thing over and over. I signed up for a particular class. The class was canceled. I was supposed to be told when the summer sessions started. That never happened, and summer is over. I give up on tennis.
It is new and clean and offers many sports opportunities for those who want more than exercise machines and free weights.
The club is newly updated, staff is friendly and welcoming and I’ve never been made to feel out of place from anyone. Everyone I’ve come into contact with has been nothing but helpful and encouraging!
Plenty of exercise options. Hours. Friendly staff.
More towels upstairs and floor mats
More towels. Senior citizen daytime group training. Perhaps you have.
Communication. The outdoor tennis courts are a disgrace and I believe they have not been refurbished as they are going to be changed to indoor courts. This is great but without any formal announcements or updates its all speculation. Communicate!!!
I like the size of the club. No matter the time of day, there is space for me to do my workout. There is plenty of space for free weights/ mat work and a variety of machines.
More squat rack stations. No matter what time of day I go, they are always occupied. People spend a lot of time on that equipment, and I don’t have time to wait an hour for them to finish. Disinfectant wipes would be nice, or more paper towels and spray bottles. Replace padding on leg curl machine.
Nice and clean with the best equipped gym. The members at the gym are very polite and friendly
Maintenance
Enjoyed the class, the instructor is awesome. The atmosphere of the the room not so much. It has had water for outside coming in and I can tell. The room It defiantly has the wet smell and moldy smell. Its too bad they don't get that fixed.
It’s really in the management of all genesis in general. There is a guy in your management that is going to hurt your Lincoln clubs due to his lack of interest in fixing machines or updating equipment. He wants to slap a bandaid on things. This is bad business.
Things are constantly breaking down. Water has been dripping from the ceiling for weeks. One of the front doors is not operational. Ice machine breaks regularly. Bathrooms need updated as well as much of the weight room areas. It’s an embarrassment at this point after initial promises of an updated club once Genesis bought Aspen.
I heard that $5 extra is being charged per visit. It hasn't affected me so far. Disappointng. A contract is a contract.
Poor ventilation in work out room...very hot and muggy at 8:15am every Saturday morning. Please buy a couple more fans! Please turn on AC at 6am.
Alternatively, Lisa, our teacher, is wonderful (Powerlift)...that is why you got 5 stars.
Also take a look at the glass-marble floor in the entry...slippery if there is any rain or snow/ice...actually dangerous. Sidewalk outside often not kept free of ice. Lots of safety/comfort issues.
Is is bright, clean and love the locker rooms
Machines are constantly broken! 2/4 stair steppers have been broken for a better part of the year. Please give at least repair updates. Bathrooms and machines have been gross lately, cleaning quality has really degraded over the past few years. Staff never seems to be very busy, maybe utilize them to to clean bathrooms and machines in timed intervals.
Friendliness and the pool.
Most of the staff is great, especially the ones who have stuck around through all the changes. (Brent, Glen, Maggie, Sharon, etc) Things have improved a bit over the past few months with new management in regards to cleanliness. The towels are always an issue, and not very good quality. Also it is frustrating that only 2 of the stair climbers have been operating for the past few weeks and the others have had out of order signs on them. The heating,cooling always seems to be off in addition to the leaky roof and buckets all over the track. The water on the water slide has been broken for a while as well. It just appears that the place isn’t maintained very well.
I have been disappointed from the start. Upon registration it took 2 weeks to get a scan-in card and after a month I am still not able to login online for classes. The reps at the front desk could only hand me a new card that said the same thing when trying to sign on via the internet (barcode invalid). At my first appointment with a personal trainer, the trainer was a no show. I got 15 minutes with another trainer before they had another appointment. My second personal trainer appointment set up a work out plan for me, but failed to show me the locker rooms or the upstairs equipment that I specifically mentioned and I have never seen them since. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.
Love the trainers, classes, and staff but the facility is a disaster- no AC in some rooms, womens locker room is old and moldy, no air circulation!
This building needs a major renovation
Pls remodel locker rooms and sauna. Invest in this club to make it higher standard.
Tremendous array of equipment. Very clean throughout.
The staff is very friendly. It veryy clean.
Indoor and outdoor pools, tanning beds, large locker room with private changing room plus plenty of tread mills and workout equipment. There’s an indoor basketball court and small food bar! Very large clean environment and friendly staff makes this a perfect workout facility. As a senior, if you have a united healthcare policy secondary to Medicare there are no monthly fees. What can be better than all of this?
Cleanliness of the bathroom.
Great club super nice people. Indoor walking track. Nice atmosphere.
Locker rooms need a lot of help. Showers, steam room, sauna all need deep cleaned or major renovations done to them. Other than that I’m very happy with the location.
