Fix equipment that needs repairs. Cleanliness of the club has declined.
Plenty of equipment so you’re not crowded, options for your workout individual or classes
Many weight machines need to be repaired or lubrication.

Declining/poorly maintained facilities and inconsistent group fitness classes
Its always hot and humid in the workout area, my main complaint.
Lots of varied programs and activities to do there.
The group fitness choices aren’t as great as other locations.
The weights, locker room and the entire gym in general is dirty and falling apart. I think T he last time I saw an employee cleaning equipment was back when it was still One Life and there are maybe only 2 paper towel dispensers filled at a time for gym goers to clean things themselves. When I go to pick up weights (dumb bells), there is usually a black residue left over on my hands from how dirty they are and the floor looks like it gets swept/vacuumed maybe once a week. There seems to be at least one machine broken at all times, and when they are “fixed” the machine doesn’t work right or has been altered to where it doesn’t function the same as it did before. Example is the duel lat pull-down machine, where they “fixed” it by using tape to repair the cables. Now one of the arm handles is shorter than the other, making exercises more uncomfortable as you have to readjust your arms positioning to make sure you don’t injure yourself. Many of the benches and/or cushions are worn down to where the fabric on them is cracking off in large chunks. The lockers in the mens locker room appear as if they are rarely/never checked and/or wiped down. The only reason I believe this is because I’ve seen the same dirt/water/sweat marks in them for the past 2 - 3 months. In all it just seems that the maintenance for the whole facility has gone down since being purchased by Genesis
A variety of exercise classes with good instructors. The pool is great for swimming laps and water aerobics.
Locker room (men’s) is very muggy and hot. Showers/faucets oftentimes are very hot and lack cold water leading to inability to stop sweating, foggy and wet bathrooms, and uncomfortable/unsanitary locker room.
The trainers and equipment - well maintained. Clean facility.
I love all the classes offered. Clean gym. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming at the gym. The instructors are great!
I would like to see the hours of operation going back to what they were, pre-Covid

Affordability, easy access, having the available weight equipment during the busiest time of the day
There should be a tennis-only membership. Considering taking our business to Lewis.
Also, outdoor courts need a lot of work. Hopefully you plan to fix these soon.
Facilities are good, however when I bring an issue to staff's attention, I seldom see any action taken.

I realize that you are still remodeling, however it seems somewhat difficult to understand that the woman's saunas and whirlpool still are not functional. Also that there are no curtains or doors on the woman's showers.
It is out of the way and difficult to get to for people that live in the southwest part of the metro area.
The club is open and spacious. It is currently undergoing a remodel and it’s hopeful that the updates bring a new fresh feel. Some of the machines need some better maintenance. The ellipticals are getting bit noisy. I enjoy this location due to being easy access and close to home.

access to all tennis drills for adults on the APP Spond. so convenient! Also wish there was stricter sign up rules for designated drills. if a 4.0 drill, then only 4.0 players should be allowed to sign up. cory’s could be cleaner.
Sauna
Club is finally taking shape. I'll give the club a higher rating when everything is completed. I don't understand why nice TV's were installed but are not connected to the workout machines (e.g treadmills, etc)
