Some showers work and some don't, especially for the handicapped it would be nice to have them all working. I have looked for a spinner for the swim suits for 5 years now but never have seen one. And I seriously hate the best Genesis isn't the 24 hour one, it makes no sense when it cost the most. Beyond that it's my second home and I love it.
Location and hours are pretty good
Racquetball. Without that I could go anywhere. It is almost the only thing I do for exercise. Want to make it so that I could go more often? Put some courts in all of your larger facilities. At least 2 per site. Keep the 4 court site at 132nd so that leagues and tournaments can continue.
I recently went to Tennessee for a vacation. While researching things to do I found that they have more places with 2 or more racquetball courts in the state than Nebraska and all of the neighbor states combined. https://tennesseeracquetball.com/index.php/racquetball-courts/
I paid for a day pass for my son and I to play. Back in the PLF days I met a RB player from out of town that paid for a months membership at 84th & Q to have access for the week he was in Omaha.
People that play racquetball are loyal members and we pay and play year round. The only reason your industry has dropped RB is poor marketing of RB and short sighted senior leadership that only looks at quarterly results caused by the poor marketing by people that think expensive gadget machines are the only way to profit.
I like the instructors, the place
I'm disappointed with how dingy the gym has become since Genesis bought out One Life. The equipment, especially the pully system hardware, needs to be replaced.
The steam room, whirlpool inside locker room and by indoor pool seem to alternate being broken. The water from the showers are scalding and have the potential to burn you. The cleanliness of the men’s locker room is terrible. Black mold growing on the ceiling.
I love the club! I love the Rockwall, I love the free weights, I just wish there was a sauna or steam room. I could do without a hot tub but the other two are staples of my workout experience. I find myself going to Fort Collins club or Miramonte south to get my fix. My for her gym is north, but I desperately wish they were more amenities.
Facilities are often dirty and in disrepair. No adequate family shower
Floors are dirty. No doors on shower stalls in Womens locker room. No air in Pilates studio. Electrical outlets are only on one wall instead of on all walls in the Pilates room. Makes it impossible to spread fans around room to cool everyone. This remodel has turned a health club into a pumping iron gym.
I also question the value of submitting this questionnaire. Management doesn’t seem to pay attention to feedback - especially negative feedback!
Employees don’t know all the aspects of their jobs. When I tried to purchase additional Pilates classes I was told by the young man at the desk he didn’t know how to do that. Then why was he at the front desk.
Group class offerings a d options for personal training at different budget levels
Now that it’s a higher level, it’s not as jammed pack. Enjoy working out more now since this location has changed status over last few weeks.
Stem room .
At the old facility the outlets in the women's bathroom did not work and the same for the new facility. The ceilings leak when it rains just like the old facility. I just don't see a big improvement.
Like the updates. Wish the hot studio would open up for classes
We went from the hygienic pull-off wipes to recycled smelly paper towels and disgusting spray bottles. Nothing sanitary about this at all. Also, the machines are old, the stretch mats are ratty.
It’s good that fella at the desk greets you with a smile. A saving grace, if you will.
It’s close and convenient for me.
The cleanliness, the amenities, and the wonderful staff.
More towels in more places would be great. I always seem to be looking for bath towels and it would be great to have more available at the entrance and perhaps some in the locker rooms. This is one area that the Ridgeview gym really excels at. Also, I know this is temporary, but the last few times I've gone the hot water has been out and there have been no towels at all. This has caused me to leave before I could workout because I need enough time to go back home to shower instead, which is highly inconvenient.
I appreciate the 24-hour availability. Variety of classes and their times.
You need someone on the floor making sure people repack their weights. Too many gym bags in the gym floor instead if in lockers. Too many groups of college kids super setting in groups o 3 and 4 dominating equipment for long amounts of time
The studios need to be cleaned more often.
This is a health and fitness center. How is it possible there are still not shower facilities since May 15th?? This is incredibly disappointing and unbelievable. I am surprised 1/2 the club has not quit.
Have been a member for years and do not see that changing!
Maintenance...Maintenance...Maintenance!! It needs to be DEEP cleaned!!
Out of 12 showers only 7? work!
It could be one of the best clubs on Omaha!
Please do not ever start major Construction...do not want a fiasco like 84th and Q!!!!
I have been a member since 6 months before it opened. Call if you are really interested in some solutions!

I like that there are multiples of most pieces of equipment, so I never feel like I have to wait to use something.
More (non-fee) based classes such as pilates and barre. Healthier food and better hours, in the cafe
Facility is always clean, staff is friendly, and hours are sufficient.
I like the classes that are offered.
Finish the shower construction.
