closes too early on Sat. & Sunday! Many machines are broken for too long!

I go to both genesis locations, and the urinals at the genesis near quick trip on 135th and blackbob are terrible design, I can't pee with out it splashing all over my legs. Also I am disappointed with the fact that the pins go missing along with the connection pieces. There needs to be a sensor that if someone walks out the door with stolen piece someone is alerted. Or just buy alot so that they can always be replaced. Lastly, the clock needs to be replaced. One large analog battery clock in the center front would suffice. In the midfle sucks because you always have to look back. But besides all that I just love the set up of weights there.
For the genesis near Walmart in olathe, there needs to be an additional clock added at the other end of the gym. Also the weights are very limited near in the area of the backworkiut machines. There's needs to be atleast another couple sets of 45s 25s 35s 10s 5s.
It seems like there could be another squat rack added on the exercise side of the gym. Always people are waiting on this one.

Overall clean locker rooms and shower areas. Big space for workouts are nice on the basketball level

The machines are not well cared for - so many are broken or need something, but Genesis doesn't fix them timely

I like the people who work there, the atmosphere, and the cleanliness.

I won't recommend to others until the remodeling my 56th & Old Cheney location is completed.

Remodel the bathrooms and changing rooms

I like the friendly people. I also really like the classes that are available.

The Group X room needs a new ceiling, new mats, new gliders, better fans, and the floors cleaned. Some of the mats have chunks missing and most have lost their cushion.
Some of the limbs on the trees in the parking lot scratch my SUV because they hang so low.
Also the parking lot going toward Centennial needs fixing. I've seen jokes about it on Social Media when talking about the potholes in the streets.
I love the employees and the instructors, but the Group X Room and the parking lot needs improvement.

For the last few years the gym has been having A/C issues. Whether the air conditioner is completely not working or barely able to to keep up. Thus creates a uncomfortable climate to workout in. This needs to be addressed immediately and effectively.

Repairs take way too long! When repairs take place they do not last, ie men's steamroom. Light has been out for months

No or limited air conditioning on tennis courts.

Our gym is a mess
You keep saying since you aquired it that you were going to fix it up and upgrade. The toilets back up and the whole gym smells. The air conditioning never works right and it's extremely hot in there. I've been a member for over 7 years and have decided to cancel my membership and go somewhere else.

Cleaning. It was cleaner under the prior owner. I think the floor in the mind body studio maybe gets cleaned once a week - that’s gross.

Pretty much everything!! Some maintenance items do need to be addressed with more urgency, especially things that waste water in locker rooms. I see many sinks and showers, that run slot of water as valves don’t close very well.
But, I live the clubs!!

How accessible the gym is

Locker rooms and showers are not kept up and clean. New locks on lockers suck. They are broken into constantly. Someone obviously has a master key. My credit cards were stolen from my wallet in my locker there. The lady at the front desk responded with " Yea that happens all the time here.

Be cleaner, Example the floor in the cycling room needs to be mopped. The shower heads and the ladies shower need to be replaced, Some shower heads only allow a little water out. 2nd floor bathroom door lock needs to be replied. It's not fun having someone walking on you.

Newly renovated Genesis is outstanding. Lots of equipment and plenty of space for anyone's type of workout.

I love the team fitness classes taught by Russ! I feel like there could be a few repairs or upgrades. Even getting some new mats or medicine balls.

I’ve been a member for 29 years. This is the first time that I’ve ever considered NOT recommending this club. Reasons: in the past year or two…
1. Locker rooms are dirty, worn, showers leak, hot tub is often dirty or not working, towels &trash are often on the floor, not enough towel bins INSIDE the locker room
2. Pool is often cloudy/murky. Something is wrong but no one fixes it. This needs to be addressed
3. Towel service is hit or miss. Many times I’ve arrived and “we should have more towels in 15 minutes” and 1 1/2 hours later I leave having never seen a clean towel.
4. Personnel are NOT trained for customer service. This is supposed to be a “premier” club yet it is difficult to even get eye contact nonetheless a smile, hello, thanks for coming, how can I help, etc. And it is exactly those interactions that originally elevated the club to its high quality standards which are lacking today.
5. There’s ALWAYS something that can be done there to keep the place running smoothly (clean the tables/chairs in lobby, tidy up around pool, clean up around the equipment, etc etc) yet I’ve observed personnel more intrigued with their phones or talking with each other (which is fine if all other things have been tended to)
