I love the new equipment and the people are so friendly and helpful

It’s open 24/7 most days. It’s not crowded late at night. Great selection of equipment.

I love how clean the facility is. The staff is incredibly friendly. My kids love the kid area. The workers are wonderful with my kids. The equipment is well taken care of. The Genesis south location is my favorite. Nothing compares to it. I do wish the kid area did not have the 2 hour limit. I like to stay for 2 1/2 hours but I always get called out for it. Other than that, I have no complaints!!
Clean club! Friendly staff!
Poorly maintained. The plumbing breaks and leaks for a week or more before anyone takes action. The pads on the machines are starting to break down. That said, the towels are clean and there's lots of sanitizers around in response to the pandemic. I like the gym, and would like to continue, but it would be nice if you maintained such a nice club better.

Training members better on machines that target specific areas or problems! Not just a one time walk through!

Glad the pool is finally getting vacuumed! The lockers are all finally opened. There are two plug-ins in the women's restroom that don't work with my hair dryer. The glass door into the pool is repaired. Would like to see the TV in the women's locker room replaced, but I'm sure that is in the works! Appreciate all you have done since the break-in.

VISITING A NIECE AT THE TIME . FIRST TIME AT TIHAT CLUB LOCATION. IT WAS VERY WELL AND PLEASANT. I HAD A GREAT WORKOUT. IF I AM EVER IN THAT AREA I WILL NOT HESITATE TO VISIT AGAIN.

I would love to attach the video I took and the pictures I took to prove how horribly filthy this gym is. The machine pedals, like elliptical and cross training machines, are filthy with dirt, grime, hair, dust bunnies. I have pictures and they have been this way since about the month after reopening the gym in April 2020. Today, I took a video showing the watered down "soap" in the locker room we are expected to use to wash our hands. It is a shame and I will go out of my way to go to the other location, which is farther from my house/commute to not deal with this kind of environment. This is not the first time I have spoken up/complained about this Gateway Mall/O Street location. Honestly, the only good part about the whole gym is Sandra/Sandy, the gal who works at the front desk most weekday mornings.
I really like the group classes, especially Zumba and Hip Hop. It would be nice if the club could schedule more of them. Thanks
All of the staff, from reception to janitors, are engaging and cheerful. The upgrade of the physical space, especially the locker rooms, was long overdue and turned out quite nice.
Consider using additional on-demand classes that customers could access by computre when a class is not in session (e.g. spinning). Consider adapting the outdoor space for exercise when the weather finally improves (the east end is unutilized and has potential for yoga, basic training....).

The pool is great!
The manager is hardly in the club, no one is going around cleaning equipment during the day and some of the equipment (treadmills) could be replaced. Lexi and Charlotte are great and keep that club going.
