You can't make it right. You basically knew I was ill and couldn't work out and you continue to charge me knowing that I could use the facilities then when I Canceled you said that I didn't so then you charged me in additional month. It's extremely unethical.
The indoor tennis courts and the spin classes.
Communication/processes could be improved. Adding additional family members has taken multiple emails, lost contracts, and continued emails...and I'm still not sure it's completed.
When it was One life the equipment was maintain better. Several time we have reported loose bolts and hardware on gym equipment. The response was we will fix it. It has been over 3 weeks ans counting to tighted bolts. Shower door handles are faling off, floor and wall tiles are brokenor missing. Not enough stretching mats and the ones that are there are cracked or severely warn. Towels are thin and need to be replaced. Ceiling fan is missing bladed. The place used to be a 9 out of 10 stars but since returning after the pandemic it is barely a 5 star out of 10. Definitely not what I would consider one of Genesis "Permmium" gyms. On a positive note. The staff does always seem to be friendly and respectful.
I had referred a friend to the 103rd location and he decided to visit last Sat am 10:ooish When I spoke to him regarding his thoughts on the club he told me the MEN'S LOCKER ROOM was filthy and smelled. I was SO EMBARRASSED I have 'heard" about some of the issues with the men's locker room and I guess it is true This person was so totally turned off.
Also he mentioned the cafe was closed on Saturday AM Really
I have been a member at this location for 20 years and since the new owners have taken over the club has steadily gone down hill. In the past, the cafe was ALWAYS available and BUSY
Now, cafe is closed more than open. This produced a ton of revenue in times past
Also,Pads on equipment sit for weeks with rips and the stories about the men's locker room has become a serious issue. Add to all this, the thefts in the parking lot!
Lots of work needs to be done before I would EVER REFERR anyone to this location

Fix the hot tub so it doesn’t keep breaking down.

I love your instructors for Body Design (Amanda Lee) and Body Pump (Julie). They are great.
The place is dirty and facilities are not in good condition. Everyday needs for water classes all need to be replaced. It is not a nice place to go to anymore.
Things are always broken - the main hot tub is not working, the one in the women's locker room always has bubbles which isn't normal. The main pool water is never clear while the outside one is never heater but it clean. When will the inside pool be fixed so the water is clear. Some of the showers don't work correctly. I realize the facility is getting older, but with as many members in the club, there should be money to update and fix things in a timely manner.
Slow response to fixing air-conditioning in workout area. Fans with cords frayed. More and more tired appearance to facility
The club is really dirty .. machines are dirty . Locker rooms , especially the men’s is filthy !
Genesis led me to believe that the Ice Center location would be open for many years to come. Living 3 blocks from there I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Sadly Genesis closed their doors only 2 months into my 1 year contract. I have reached out many times to GMs and always get told they will look into it. Unfortunately there has never been any communication in regards to my membership.
It’s the same things I’ve mentioned for years. It’s consistently dirty and cluttered. The equipment is old. The first bathroom stall you go in usually doesn’t have toilet paper. The core room upstairs is a mess. Bosu balls everywhere. Hair all over the floor. You clean during peak hours which is ridiculous. Workout balls everywhere. No ballet bar access. It’s just ridiculous but there’s not a nice gym downtown. I’m hoping Lifetime builds downtown so there’s an upscale gym to go to.

The group fitness classes and instructors!
I think there was more plates and more trees to hang the plates around the freeway area that would be better. Since you have to go to go all over the place to find a way you want especially in the smaller denominations like fives and tens
New, clean, everything works!
It’s ridiculous that I am paying 55 dollars a month for treadmills that are broken, horrible classes that are not motivating and have no originality, limited classes even offered, sauna door is a lawsuit waiting to happen, half the showers don’t drain, everything is dirty.
This week I found a bandaid and a parking pass from 8/26 on a treadmill. I have complained numerous times on these “feedbacks” and nothing is ever changed. I will be terminating if this gym is continued to run in this horrible manner.
I love the cleanliness, the variety in classes, the instructors, the pool, and the cycling room!
The bathrooms. One or two of the mens toilets are often out of order, dirty or missing toilet paper.
Water fountains are never cold and sometimes quite gross looking.
I am waiting for The Racquet Club/Genesis to reopen the pool. It has been closed so long! It is so inconvenient to drive to the club on 70th Street to use the pool. How about providing an honest update about the pool? It would go a long way in thinking that anyone actually reads this feedback and cares.

Make the front doors easier to open. Toilets are too low for bad knees and the elderly. Better AC or ceiling fans in the Pilates room.
