Been mentioned many times. The locker room is generally a mess, trash , dirty towels and lockers. Why do the hangers have to be taken out of lockers ?? Kids and teens running around without supervision. Audio equipment on treadmills does not work. On and on ......

The atmosphere.
Well; I have heard the outdoor courts are going to be repaired and closed in for three years now. Ever since I joined the club. If you can't afford to close them in, at least repair the court surfaces.
The ceiling in the shower room is peeling and the intake vent completely rusty. Those things, I would think, are not too hard to fix.

Place is becoming run down, the mens locker room smells terribly musty and the amount of lockers with broken or removed doors increases almost daily. the cardio room and equipment smell like body odor real bad.
Please add back more 6/6:30pm weeknight & Saturday AM classes centered around HIIT, upper & lower body workouts similar to Brittney's 12pm classes.. as well as more instructors like Brittney!
Saturday AM Spin is very sleepy - there used to always be a wait list to get into this class.
Also, there is a lot of inconsistent and contradictory information provided by the front desk staff - the team is not unified on the information they provide to members.
I'm still being charged $10/15 extra monthly over what I'm supposed to be paying. Account was messed up when originally set up over a year ago and it has not been corrected.

The group fitness floor has been too slippery for months; it’s like trying to exercise on ice. It’s dangerous and prohibitive and ridiculous to pay gym fees for an unusable faculty.
Other than I have to travel to get there I like the employees and equipment.
The only complaints I have, and they are really not complaints, is the indoor pool always seems cloudy and dirty and the chlorine seems so strong I can't get it out of my suits. Outdoor pool furniture is falling apart and could use some refreshing. One of the lifeguards starting playing music on a radio - that helped brighten the atmosphere so much around the pool. Maybe invest in outdoor speakers again and bring the summer experience back around the pool for members. It would probably help with prospects and member retention.

Please send some money updating equipment like they do on the Soccora location.

It's disappointing that a big corporation such as Genesis, isn't more understanding. Things have been a challenge for everyone with the pandemic. The way to make things right is to receive a refund for the last month of membership & for the 6 weeks that the gym was closed during the pandemic shutdown. I think that's the least the club can do. I'm sure a lot of other members would appreciate the same kind of understanding, whether a member is laid off or could just use a break. This could be an opportunity for good PR. Sounds like a win win, for your members and for the corporation. It's a rare thing in our capitalistic society to help people. Most companies only think of the money that can be made. Thank you for asking what Genesis could do to make things right.
