Way to many students who set around on machines while texting and chatting with friends. Machines are impossible to get on. I'll be cancelling my family membership as soon as we find a good alternative. I realize there is not a lot management can do to fix the problem., however something needs to change. The gym is clean, staff are attentive and no concerns with membership dues, the issue is equipment availability and monopolizing of machines by students who are there to socialize not workout. Is there anyway you could set hours aside for folks over 50 or even 40?
I have seen a decline in cleanliness, maintenance, and service in general. There are several machines out of good working order and in need of repairs and it makes using them uncomfortable. I love the location of this gym and it used to be so pleasant and clean but I can now only say the location is convenient.

Aquatics continues to be a disappointment. Neither the children's pool nor the water slide are ever open. The pools and "hot" tub are often colder than they should be. And to top it all, the aquatics manager and teachers do not respond to emails or text messages inquiring about swimming lessons.
I love the classes. Instructors are top notch. JJ and Jeff are favorites at Midtown Tulsa.
Childcare doesn’t open until 8:30 and that is exactly when the first class starts. Could that open at 8:15 instead?
love the tennis program. like that there are not too many kids in the club. like the weight room.

The wet areas are abysmal. Tile work, sauna smell, sewer gas from sinks. The list goes on

Clean and lots of equipment available
The club is falling apart and you aren't fixing anything.
The 70th street club is getting very run down. The locker rooms need work, please get rid of that carpet. The swim class equipment needs to be replaced. It seems that the general cleanliness of the club has gone downhill.
On a positive, you do have very pleasant students working at the front desk and I love Kellie Hedland, Becky, and Tiny as teachers.
The only issue I have is the yoga studio is very warm. If yu could check that it would be appreciated.
Staff is very helpful. Enjoy the atmosphere!!
Evening and Saturday morning yoga
Locker Rooms and Bathrooms could be remodeled and improved. Gym needs some remodeling. I do enjoy the Aqua, Strength and Yoga Flow sessions so far though.
I would like to see a handicapped door installed on your East location. (84th & A)
When things are not working it takes months to fix . Management is very unorganized. Front desk employees are trained to answer basic question. I go there because of the pool and steam sauna. Of course if you find the steam sauna is working 3 months out of the year!
Club is disgusting and needs to be cleaned. Floors are dirty and Women’s shower are disgusting. Mold in vents and on walls.
Since there is a childen’s pool at club, patrons should be told it is inappropriate to wear thong bikinis.
Tennis courts need repair and a tennis program at club would be great!
When will the construction be completed?
You need an upgrade. Showers are broken. Hot tub is broken half the time. The elliptical machines make a noise when you pedal on them. Hope stuff gets fixed
Zero attention paid to TV's on second floor for bike, elliptical, stepper users. Usually half are off, none tuned to local news stations, and bikes' sound receivers are broken or severely limited. Many complaints about this over the years. Nothing ever gets done.

It’s nearby and well run with plenty of machines that are well maintained.
The place has really gone downhill. Hardly anything works...areas that were worked on stop working. Many of the machines have torn vinyl that needs to be repaired and doesn't get done. No one does anything extra to keep the place working.
