Friendly , close to home. I like the tranor Jacob I'm working with
I have heard there are improvements/updates that will be made but havent seen much. I like the additional class options and the club does seem much cleaner.
Pool. Staff.
Clean and ran very well
The place is never clean, the ice machine has been broke for months, The clocks haven't worked for well over a year. Showers are poorly maintained. This place has been falling apart for well over a year.
I no longer go to the Tara Plaza Genesis
I heard that they may not open the outdoor pool, this is a major selling point for membership for me
Large, uncrowded for the most part and clean
Your hot tube need some work and cleaning. The showers has some mold in it. They need cleaning as well. They need to make sure everyone is wearing a mask and CLEAN there equipment when they're done I really need to enforce, but other than that yes I would very much recommend a friend
Easy to navigate and clean
Offer a student discount as many college kids are struggling and pricing is what keeps them from joining
The group classes , the instructors and staff for the most part. I also love the convenience location where it is located, the facility and how the club continue to improve their safety guideline following CDC health regulations.
Friendly efficient easy to get around
Much improved availability of towels, always clean, and (typically) membership is balanced well to size of gym such that machines are usually available. Employees are welcoming and helpful.
Locker room is dirty first thing in the
Morning. Parking lot lighting is crap. Upper management is clueless!
The guest pass policy.
I tried to bring someone and was told it would be $15 for the day since I didn't let anyone know in advance. That's ridiculous. Especially when it was advertised that I got a few FREE guest passes and had never used one before.
Everything: environment, friendliness of staff, the trainers are professional in helping me reach my goals

Great facilities available. Lots of equipment to choose from. Love having the bar there, too for the choice of relaxing with a drink after taking a class.

Weight dropping and cell phone (selfies, speaker on & phone calls) for some people...
might be problems at other gyms as well.
To small of a location
It is UNBELIEVABLE to me that my gym won't purchase enough free weights for classes. We only have 7 sets of 10 pound weights and about 16 people come to early morning classes.
We are told to use the barbell and add weights!!!! These classes are specifically for free weights.
I would NOT recommend this gym. What gym doesn't have enough equipment for their members??????? Hand Weights are pretty inexpensive.
The south location could use some updates
Great staff and exercise opportunities!
Shake bar; we should be able to bring in our own protein. Would be incentive to buy a 7$ Shake along with knowing what is actually going into the shake.
It’s it too crowded. The pool is clean and perfect for my son to swim in on a hot day.
Since Prairie Life was sold, things have been going downhill.
It appears it takes a very long time fir the company to fix things like the hot tub, whirlpool, and showers.
In addition, it is Nay and tennis courts should be ready to go with the nets up and windscreens up.
The women’s hot tub is always dirty and the women’s shower room floor is very dirty.
Lastly, I swim laps and have long hair. TO BE LIMITED TO TWO TOWELS IS CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP! I need one towel to dry myself when I leave the heavily chlorinated pool and then after my shower I need a clean towel for my body and one clean towel for my hair! I feel I am in SECOND GRADE with the towel monitoring!
Lastly, PLC front desk folks were very nice greeting you upon arrive AND departure! Many of the front desk ‘kid’ are aloft and could care less.
No way to run a business!
The instructors are wonderful. I attend Mike’s cycle class, Kim and Liz’s cycle and Pilates fusion classes, and Shervin’s, They are awesome at what they do.
