Better temperature control in the studio/classrooms. Is generally way too hot for an exercise class.
Staff is very nice. Gym has all we need.

Staff is welcoming, pleasant . The place is clean.
The pool is best out of all of your Omaha-area locations; as is the sauna and whirlpool.
Gym hours prior to the renovation last year, started at 4:00am. Giving me enough time to get in and out of the locker room, put in a nice hour to hour and a half work out and have plenty of time to get myself ready in the locker room before being at work at 7:00am. Unfortunately now, I feel a major rush each morning I workout. On a side note, Jesse has been a great to get the gym open and is always friendly to everyone walking in. Glad to see he is still part of the gym after the renovation.
Could use locker room updates. Most of the plates seem banged up and chunks of rubber missing. Squat and bench press bars could be swapped with new ones.
tennis courts, cardio equipment free classes
The club is not kept clean, especially locker rooms and showers. Get sick of seeing fox news on most of the tv's most of the time. I have started going to the Merriam location and it is much more satisfactory.
We have been members at East Lincoln (Prairie Life) for many years. I have noticed this summer at the pool that things are different. It seems like the crowd is a little different. The other day I saw a woman wearing a g string bikini bottom at the pool. This has always been a family friendly place. I am so thankful that my sons weren’t with me that day. I was so taken back by this. If it were an adult fitness club, fine. But when there are so many families at the pool every day, I just don’t think that is acceptable. I certainly hope there will be swift actions to eliminate this type of attire.
I will say, I have noticed there are more lifeguards than in years past and they seem to be doing a good job so that is wonderful to see.

The laid back atmosphere and the friendly staff
I love the machines and free weights. I love my trainer, Joe Humiston. He has taught me so much and he is very good at what he does!
Love the variety of classes and all the instructors of the classes are very knowledgeable.
Extend the Kids Club hours for afternoon
I love the community vibe at this club I see my neighbors here and everyone is so nice. I think if you tapped into the market around silo modern farmhouse you’d see even more members. There’s money in this area but HOAs we pay to have an HOA gym in the neighborhood but it doesn’t have much equipment SO need to make deals with the HOAs!
I havent been there in a while but I feel like a lot of equipment was dated or could use some tuning to make the machines run smoother. Clean sauna is a plus!
The club is not as clean as it used to be. The women’s locker room is clean but the gym floor is not. I was in the free weights area and there were weights scattered all over the gym floor, mats laying in a messy pile, but the worst was a huge hair ball next to an abandoned iPhone case. It was obvious that it has been there for a while due to the dust collected. Also, the mirrors are dirty, oily spots all over.
The club has gotten much busier and the cleaning frequency must be increased to keep up with the increased number of people in the gym.
I’m not a complainer. I love the staff and the woman who maintains the locker room and the fitness studios is excellent. You just need someone like her full-cleaning the gym and making sure all the equipment is clean & in order.

Give more info on the timeline for the renovation- it's hard to recommend to people right now when you don't know how long the construction is going to take.
The kids club staff is amazing, so family friendly and all around a great place to be!
It is clean, well lit, and fully equipped for all workout programs. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Bike class
I like the size of the facility (ie. the number of machines available) and I appreciate the competent and friendly staff.
I really love having access to 4 gyms in the Tulsa area, however, the conditions of the Broken Arrow location continue to deteriorate. I have been a member for approximately 9-10 years and have witnessed the decline since the gym was purchased by Genesis. The air conditioner in the main class room has been broken for at least a month and not sure when it will be repaired. This will soon become a significant safety concern as the summer quickly begins to kick into gear. Also, cleanliness has declined.
List classes more easily
