That it’s always clean 24/7. Everyone is friendly. The equipment is great.
The place is over run by teenagers so trying plan a workout is pointless. It's way too hot upstairs in the summer so workouts are uncomfortable. The equipment is outdated and breaks almost on a schedule. The gym hasn't been clean since it was opened and it wasn't worth me paying 60 a month.
Cycle class on Saturday mornings. Wished there was another class. Christa's yoga on Wednesday mornings and zumba Thursday mornings.
Love the layout and friendliness of staff

The main thing is the building and the physical facilities: the roof leaks, half the lights in tennis bubble don’t work, the main tennis area is either too hot or too cold, the locker rooms are dated and smelly, the toilets are not cleaned regularly, weight room mirrors cracked, carpets old, ceiling tiles in sitting area covered with yellow stains.
You guys already know all of this.

Get broken items (Pool heaters) fixed in reasonable time. It seems they are quite old and are in need of replacing as they breakdown often. .
The facility is in great need of updating and repair! The locker rooms, showers and restrooms are not cleaned well. It’s been uncomfortable with the air conditioning not working. The indoor pool area is also hot and no air flow!! Although Marla has been doing a better job with the pools, they need a lot of work! Please patch the cracks in the outdoor pool after it is drained and clean it before refilling it! The pools are what I come for and they need to be cared for better.

Great pools. Like they are open outdoors till it gets cold.
1. Fix the water leak problems. Our Pilates room smells like mold.
2. Make repairs sooner. IE: one of the toilets in the women’s locker room has been out of order for weeks, And a couple of the shower heads either don’t work, or don’t turn off.
3. Clean up and paint the walls in the women’s locker room.

Well for starters nothing is picked up and put back. No one vacuums or cleans. The equipment stays broken for Months!! The person who opens at 5 am is frequently late. Equipment is old. I honestly have only stayed for this long because you are close to my home. Planet fitness is starting to look like a much better cheaper alternative.
The equipment is constantly not working or when it does, many machines in cardio and weight lifting are very worn down. Sides of the walking machine constantly fallen off leaving exposed insides on a regular basis, common for half of the treadmills or stairs to be not functioning, hot tub down for large periods of time. So many things just not maintained.
The gym is okay but the showers need fixing 3/4 of them don't work properly (shower heads), also the curtains rings need replacing. This a wonderful location and it is baffling why so little improvements aren't done. I will say that the staff there is very friendly and makes a person fell welcomed. With such a prime location I would think that Genesis would update and maintenance that location better, but that's just my observation.
Its always so hot there.
Also had lots of snaffu's with billing. I also don't like that can't cancel at any time.
Locker rooms are nice, clean and the private shower is great.
There is planet of Equipment even in the busier times in the morning.
Clean studios more frequently
Mens locker room always smells terrible, and looks like it could use some upkeep.
cleanness, the steam room is most of the time broken, not hot enough, there should be a valve for people to be able to regulate the heat.

The basketball course is nice, it has a pool for aerobic exercise, and I like that this location is open 24/7 multiple days during the week!
Machines broken, kind of expensive.
I love all of the classes! I do wish there were more available later in the day
