I like all the equipment that is offered in the gym as well the accessibility in the locker room (sauna, shower)
Have clean towels available upon walking into the gym. Half the time that I visit, there either aren't any towels clean or there are only two available. Front desk staff are rarely doing anything visible and never greet anyone walking in or out.
Multiple of more strength equipment machines.

I love the friendly atmosphere and the encouragement! And I love every instructor in Forever Fit: each offers her own moves but all of them make sure we get a good, safe workout!
It's pricey for a facility needs a major remodel. There are other gyms that are newer and far less expensive. The parking lot also needs some attention and PLEASE fix the air conditioning.
Chas assured me that he would deal with my membership-fee issues by September 19th at the latest - that was over two weeks ago and I have not heard anything about whether the issue has been resolved or not.
New equipment
More evening and half hour classes. Bring a guest passes without commitment. Later hours on Sunday.
The club is not very clean. The yoga/Pilates studio is always dirty with the same bugs and dirt on the floor for months. I finally got a towel and cleaned one of the fans because I didn’t like the dirt and ceiling pieces blowing out on me.
The locker room bathrooms need a good cleaning as well. I refuse to use the showers.
The overall look of the gym needs a good cleaning.
The club is clean and the staff is friendly.
The AC is never on. It’ll be 60 degrees outside and yet it’s still 90+ inside the gym. While I’m all for using a sauna, I don’t know anyone that wants to work out inside one. Of equal disgusting factor is the locker rooms. They reek. Literally the smell hits you from more 10 ft BEFORE the entrance of the locker rooms. It’s a completely rancid, vomit inducing body odor. It’s amazing the health department has been out to shut the doors of the location for that alone.
The club usually has some issues. The air may not work. The water may not work. The kids area may be closed.....You just never know.
Towels are not available at busy time. Locker room is always dirty. Hot tub is not working or closed every 4 or 5 visit. Was told there would be a swimsuit dryer soon. All the help in the gym sits at the front desk and visit while things could be getting done! Never seen a business operate this way. The building is nice and plenty of exercise machines.
I like the variety of workout options.
The buildings need maintenance and capital improvements

Bring back the All American
A lot of people would appreciate and use the showers if there were shower curtains.
I have a lot of friends that go to genesis and I love the classes. However for how much we pay the air or pool or something always seems to be broken. And the coffee is soooo bad. Anyways your staff is awesome and child care workers too. Not sure if there is a budget issue but it would be really nice to have a cleaner more updated facility.
This was the first location I ever visited and I loved it. Everyone is so welcoming and sweet 😊 They all make the gym experience worthwhile.
