I no longer feel safe here. Recently 6 people had lockers broken into in one day first thing in the morning. Inexcusable. This place has gone way downhill.
Location. Towel service. Hydromassage beds. Cardio equipment

Our facility receives all other facility used equipment. The equipment is falling apart. The steam room works HALF the time.

The staff is AMAZING
The employees are friendly. I would like to have someone show me how to use the machines on the second floor. I use to do the old machines and with the updated ones I need some guidance. I like the water classes. The towels are thin. I do bring a towel from home. The drains do get a lot of hair in them. They may need to be checked more often when there are more people using the showers. Thanks for asking for our input.
Clean, variety of equipment
Love Nia, Barre Fusion, Pilates and other group classes!
Many of the weight machines need to be replaced. I was there this morning around 8am and all the paper towel dispensers were empty upstairs
The Cass center location is just very dated and could use some new machines

Try to get people to follow Larimer County masking mandate. Bully clients who think they are above the mandate and won’t even stay 6 feet away when you ask them to shouldn’t be your business problem but it is. Recommending a person go to the club right now is like telling my friend to go get sick. My experience I had last week with another member made me make the decision to put my membership on hold again. I spoke later to Molly to help me do that.
Y’all should definitely try looking into getting the sauna’s replaced. That is a huge plus to the gym and was sad when I was told that it no longer works.
It’s way less cluttered and more spaced out than a lot of the other Genesis locations
I appreciate the options available for weight training, cardio and boot camp type workouts. Even though the gym could be quite busy, there is rarely a wait for equipment.

Treat your Instructors with respect and pay them well. There is too many other clubs that will pick them up. Clean the club better during the pandemic and don’t raise rates especially with what more health clubs coming in and enticing members to go elsewhere.
Updated, lots of room in all areas, and it's clean.
Centerra is quiet and cozy with classes by fantastic instructors. Great personnel.
We are heartbroken that it’s closing the door. The gyms in Fort Collins are no comparison. Will definitely come back if it’s reopened.
I like how you have responded to clean up for Covid. It has taken all of us a long while but I do appreciate the mask wearing and especially for classes
I enjoy the workout buddies that I have met and enjoy the relationships we have.
The personal trainers are great. The front desks staff make you feel welcome.

Wish the facility was maintained better in terms of the hot tub and steam room. The place needs a face lift;, especially after working out at two other Genesis clubs.

How clean and organized it is, and respect for equipment and others during this time . And I love the options of classes to participate in.
Please extend the childcare hours to cover the hours 12-4.

I am maintaining my genesis membership mainly because it's close by and the community that exists (and existed long before Genesis bought the gym) is homey and close
convenient, clean, friendly staff....modern and good equipment. Like the boxing bag section
Teenage boys need to be supervised or banned, no manners what so ever....
-They don't re- rack the weights
-They don't sanitize the equipment after use
- Few times I have experienced some body odor issues, not wearing deodorant
-Tie up machines while their on their phones...
-Stand in big groups just socializing , taking up room

Sorry, but it's turned a little trashy! When it was Prairie Life or the Athletic Club it was great. A broad age range of trainers and members. Now the demographic is definitely younger than it used to be and it has become a "social" 20 something environment. Even the clicks of Genesis personnel looking at you if you're not within the 20ish range. Just standing...not doing a darn thing with a blank stare on your face...at least greet members coming in with a smile!! It's called good "customer service" if they can understand that!! Anyway, the place has definitely changed!! I'm there to focus on me and workout with a friend that works directly with Brandon, her trainer...if it weren't for her I would not be going there...and I'm sure if it weren't for Brandon her and her husband wouldn't either. You should definitely work on broadening your focus on all age ranges. Something to improve on for sure!! Oh, and this is the short version of my comments...I had much more.
Heating and cooling the studios still seem to be an issue, there is a lack of communication about the new launches for the classes. It seems like the Hutchinson club is going down hill.
The mens bathroom smells really bad all the time. And basketball court is slippery and lacking maintenance and care.
I like playing tennis with my friends. Here's what I'd like to see: The women's restroom behind court 6 really needs a BENCH and some HOOKS; there's a perfect nook to the left of the sink & where I usually see ladies changing. It's disgusting to have to sit my handbag on the floor while changing or pile my winter coat on the floor.
Friendly crew, clean establishment, plenty workout areas, and lots of group activities!
I was at lifetime for about 3 years and I prefer genesis as I don’t feel crammed when I work out and gym still has the high end feel at a reasonable cost. Branson great trainer too.
The sauna has been broken for over six months and no idea when or if it will even be repaired. Staff isn’t very friendly and sit at their desks just giving dirty looks to everyone walking in and out.
