The nozzles in the men's showers need replacing to allow for them to be angled more
downward so as not to shoot out against the opposing wall when the water is initiated.
Those standing outside one of the stalls, drying off are hit by the spray and even the
curtain doesn't contain all the spray.
You have everything I need to work with for strength training plus three great pools including kiddie area and really nice locker rooms. Lounge and food offerings are excellent. I really enjoy working out and swimming. Also you have very talented trainers.
Class schedule variety. Clean. Great staff.

Love the equipment and hours of availability
Add or replace equipment, improve ventilation, and clean more often. Cardio equipment is usually hit or miss on whether it will work. Wrappers have been in cup holders for multiple months. I would say staff is very friendly though, could probably just need more assistance from corporate.
The equipment that is offered and the cleanliness. I also enjoy the sauna and steam room.
The pool has been clear and cleaned on a consistent basis since hiring someone for the job.

Indoor pool was too cold
The cleaning of things could be steeped up. Not in the Covid sense. But in cleaning the top of the hot tub or vents above the pool.

Bathroom not at clean
The club is filthy, the pool water is cold, the air in the pool area is freezing cold, the whirl pool is so murky you can’t even see the bottom of it. The women’s whirlpool was full of clean ice cold water. It was freezing in the locker room. The pool deck is filthy . I’m about ready to report conditions to the City of Omaha
All of the equipment is either out of service or in need of maintenance. Sat and sun hours end at 6pm.

Personal trainers no kids
It is always clean and the staff is friendly.
The lack of compliance with masks make it difficult for me to recommend the club at this time. Many patrons choose not to mask. Staff at The Club refuse to ask patrons to comply. While i realize this is for the safety of employees, I find it incredible that a private club refuses to comply with local ordinances while places like Wilbur's Liquors and While Foods require and get 100% compliance. I am also disappointed that management did not require all staff to be vaccinated.
I appreciate The welcoming professional attitude from the trainers and management.
